It was one of the best cafes I have been to in Pattaya.

The entire cafe is a vibe. From the lighting to the seating. The music and the decor.

Now I was only coming for the coffee because it's what I do. But I saw this thing called a " Donut Bomb".

So I ordered it, not knowing what I was getting myself into. My Latta came out first, and I got it with the Columbian beans. I will have to say that the batista did an excellent job with the art. But he didn't sacrifice the taste of the latte with too much milk. Balanced it out. Chef 👨‍🍳 💋 😘

Now, when I saw the creation of the Donut Bomb, my mouth hit the floor because I didn't know it was coming out like that. That's enough calories for 3 days. I digress. So I marveled at the beautiful work of art. I savored each and every bite.

Came to Sunset Coffee Roasters @Flagship Store and instead of the usual coffee route, I went full zen mode with the Fukuoka Pure Matcha — and bruhhh, it was like drinking a smooth, grassy dream sent straight from a Japanese tea garden hahaha 🍵🌿🇯🇵

The matcha? Pure. No sugar bombs, no nonsense — just earthy, deep, and lowkey spiritual. One sip and I was ready to do calligraphy and rethink my life. Served chilled, perfectly whisked, and looked so aesthetic I had to pause and take a photo like a proper matcha snob 📸🧊💚 The cup was giving “calm luxury” while the flavor was giving “I meditate and I’m better than coffee.”
