Koh Si Chang Fish Congee — Restaurant in Pattaya City

This fish porridge shop is probably the best that I have eaten in Pattaya and I have been coming this shop since 2016. I wouldn’t exactly use the word “congee” as it would refer to a cantonese style smooth porridge but rather expect it as like Teochew style porridge (as in rice in soup).

I think they use mackerel fish for their soup because the meat is firm and very tasty. I ordered that today with red ruby as a desert. The food is still as good as ever and I will continue to come back until something better comes along.

So if you need a good fish soup shop, I can guarantee you, that this is the best...

Had only tried the mackerel fish soup and mackerel stir fry with celery.

Fish soup is delicious. Garlic peppery taste non spicy.

Don't miss the small dessert shop next door desserts are paid for separately, but the mango sticky rice sells out quickly, and the shaved ice Thai dessert is a refreshing treat.
