Pasadena lodge — Hotel in Pattaya City

I stayed in the hotel for 24 days. Normally I had reservations in other hotels, but when I saw this place, I canceled. This hotel is newly built with new furniture. The staff is very helpful. They help when there is the slightest problem. The only problem was that a couple of times it was not in line to clean my room because of the intensity. Although the hotel is in LK Metro, it is a little noisy and music sounds until 3 am. This situation did not bother me. I will probably choose this place again when I come next year. As an extra note, do not book this hotel in advance. Although I chose a large room on Agoda and paid the price accordingly, they gave the smallest rooms because agoda did not inform the room information to the hotel, I gave the price difference in hand and changed it to a large room. Even though situated in the heart of the city next to bars and clubs, our room was relatively quiet at night. Our rooms were advertised as a Superior Room on Agoda, but the hotel rates them as a Standard Room. The room was ok but there was not a lot of room to have a large suitcase fully open on the floor and move around. The staff were ok, some could be friendlier (very friendly and helpful cleaner). We experienced a weak Wi-Fi signal in the two rooms we booked (different floors); however, I do not know if this is a hotel or city issue. This hotel is being remodeled. Then required to keep my ID or 1,000 THB when I checked in. One night I left my room key at desk and they lost my key. They told me 1,000 THB to replace key. I leaned over the check in counter and my key was sitting there with some other things. The lady apologized. I also told them three days that the spray hose by toilet was ready to leak and could cause a flood. They never fixed it while I was there.
