This hotel is about 20–25 minutes away by Grab and roughly 35–40 minutes from Don Mueang (DMK) Airport. It's located in a decent part of the city with convenient access to both the subway and train station, which is a plus. The outside of the building looks fine at first glance, and there's a small koi pond near the entrance that adds a nice touch. However, once inside the room, things go downhill. The hotel is quite old and lacks basic amenities. There are roaches. The lights in the room were literally taped up, and the bed was very uncomfortable. The room had poor air circulation, visible dust on the vents, and the shower curtain had mold and it clearly hadn’t been cleaned or replaced when I asked the front desk about it. There’s an A/C unit, but it didn’t help much with airflow. There are only Indian channels so no variety nor sports nor translations There is a 500 baht holding fee (which is fine), but when we asked to switch rooms due to how dirty ours was, they wanted to charge an extra 200 baht. Also, be careful not to lose your key there's a fee for that too. Breakfast is not included, and though the hotel refill bottled water daily, that was one of the few positives. The view of the city was nice, and the doorman was helpful, but those don’t make up for the overall condition of the room. In short: I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you're in a pinch and just need a bed for the night

I dont know from where to start. Everything about this hotel was bad. Stayed in thailand for 3 weeks in multiple hotels and this was the worst. Surprisingly this was the only so called 4 star hotel I stayed. They scam many people using that 4 star shield so people think they are going to a good hotel, however it wasnt even a 1 star hotel. I start with the reception. I booked a double Deluxe room. When I wanted to check in they said we have only twin available! And when I asked them why, they said during your booking we wrote "double or twin which ever available"... I said okey. Then when i saw the rooms... omg... so small, dark, dirty, worst beds, toilet smelly, small old bathub with no shower handle (you have to hold the shower with one hand and wash your self with the other). Small window in the room. I asked them to show me other rooms, and I saw 4 and they were all the same. The staff were so rude. Location: I was fooled by some reviews saying the location is great. Let me tell you, its close to a metro station, but you have nothing around the hotel, no shops, no restaurants, no atms, nothing. Closest 7-eleven shop is about 10 min walk. The rooms were super noisy because of the 3 metro, train lines sticked to the hotel (as you can see in the videos i sent) Do not book this hotel because you think its a 4 star. Its not, its a scam. You have plenty of other great options around.

Dreadful. This hotel should be between one and two stars. Everything is falling apart and dirty, extremely poorly maintained. Staff generally unhelpful or outright rude. Any similarities between the room pictures as advertised and reality is pure coincidence. Food offerings at the restaurant are more aligned with those in a hostel. No hot water in the room, no hairdryer either. Toiletries? Just one small single use shampoo bottle and one single use bottle of shower gel, for a double room. Asked for an iron, they don't have, can't provide and don't care. The front desk person said they asked the management many times to have an iron available for guests; I spoke to the front office manager and she lied that "it was the first time ever that anyone has asked for that" (yeah, sure) Internet drops constantly (couldn't get a stable connection for more than 5-10 minutes) and barely reaches 1Mbps. On top of that they require a 500 THB deposit on check in per room, as if there's anything more that could be broken in the rooms. If you don't have it right there and then at check in time, you're not allowed to check in, even though we had two rooms booked and prepaid for several nights. Only positive side is that it's near the airport and is better than sleeping on the airport floor.

My stay at the Nasa Vegas Hotel was an absolute nightmare that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. The experience was marred by the shockingly rude, ignorant, and uneducated Thai staff who made it clear that guests are more of a nuisance than anything else. From the moment I checked in, it was obvious that hospitality was not a priority at this establishment.

The room conditions were atrocious—broken air conditioning, barely functional WiFi, and a toilet that wouldn’t flush properly. To make matters worse, the room was infested with cockroaches. The noise from the nearby railway was incessant, and with the walls as thin as paper, it felt like I was trying to sleep on the tracks themselves.

But the worst part was the disturbing scene on the guest floor I stayed on, specifically the 16th floor. There were clearly intoxicated or drugged individuals wandering the halls, some with their pants literally falling down. These individuals were so incapacitated that they couldn’t even find their way to their rooms or manage to open their doors. It was terrifying to witness, and the hotel staff seemed completely indifferent to the safety and comfort of their guests. This kind of behavior should never be tolerated, let alone in a hotel that claims to offer even basic accommodations.

To make matters worse, when I requested to speak to the manager, I was informed that they were not available. The staff took my number, promising a callback, but more than a week has passed, and I haven’t heard a single word from the management. This lack of accountability is appalling, especially considering I spent 16 nights here.

On August 29th, 14 days into our stay, housekeeping finally turned up at 2 PM despite us requesting service since 7 AM. The Thai cleaners were incredibly rude, grumpy, and completely unprofessional. They asked us to leave the room with no smile or courtesy, as if we were the ones inconveniencing them. Housekeeping was consistently late throughout our stay. Additionally, while we were waiting for the rude housekeeping staff to finish, another guest was loudly talking on speakerphone in a foreign language. This woman was incessantly loud, adding to the already unbearable situation. The lack of any consideration for other guests’ comfort was appalling.

On top of everything, there’s no laundry service available at the hotel, no coin-operated washing machines, and no laundry facilities within 2 km of the hotel. This made it extremely inconvenient, especially for a long stay. Even worse, the hotel is situated on a busy road, making it incredibly dangerous to cross just to get anywhere nearby. The overall lack of basic amenities and consideration for guest safety is shocking.

The Burmese staff were marginally better, but they were not enough to salvage this disaster of a hotel. The restaurant served inedible food, and the room lacked even basic amenities like slippers and tissues. It’s clear that the management does not care about the well-being of their guests or maintaining any semblance of decency.

In short, stay far away from the Nasa Vegas Hotel. This place is a health hazard and a safety risk, and there are plenty of better, safer...

NASA Bangkok Hotel is located right by Ramkamhaeng Airport Link, which some may find convenient to get to/from Suvarnabhumi airport and connect to MRT or BTS. It's connected by a skybridge but you'll have to go up and down to get to the station.Personally I still found the location too out of the way for public transportation -- the first 2 days my evening commute was 1hour+ coming from more central areas like Siam or Prom Phong. However, I was staying during Songkran week, so that would've added to the congestion on trains. I ended up just taking a Grab bike everywhere because it was much faster and more convenient.I got a free upgrade to Deluxe room with 1 double bed. It has the basics like soap, shampoo, bar soap, towels, 2 water bottles every day, AC, fridge. If you want a hair dryer you can ask the employees. Cleanliness was average, it's an old hotel so there's wear and tear.Beware neighbors can be a bit noisy since it's a big hotel filled with foreign tourists. There's a hotel restaurant but I didn't bother checking it out. Neighborhood has some a few nice cafes, etc and a market. I recommend Sunny House Coffee for a nice breakfast under 100 baht. The busy intersection can be a pain to cross on foot, but have patience. The most important pros are simply the price point. As a solo traveler who doesn't feel comfortable staying in dorms/hostels with strangers, you can't beat 570 baht a night for a private room during high season. Other than that, the employees who clean the rooms were very helpful and kind when I needed anything. Honestly made my stay.Overall, if you're just looking for a place to sleep at night, OK with average cleanliness and traveling a bit longer to get to central areas, then NASA strikes...
