Shenzhen Tower Bangkok — Hotel in Bang Kapi Subdistrict

Aesthetically pleasing decor throughout the hotel.- simple check in- Location is good, especially if you travel using a bike it’s faster to get around. - lacking attention to detail.. curtains don’t fit the windows properly.. the electricity kept going out - at least 4 times an evening and throughout the night… something about it felt incomplete - no slippers/shower gel in the room, confusion to get basic hand towels/floor mat.- went down for breakfast once and it was crap. Didn’t seem to be much choice. Note: Remind your Chinese staff they don’t need to shout 老外 when they see people who look different to them!! The fact is we are all foreigners to Thailand, including them!! Leave that ignorant behaviour at home, we don’t appreciate...

I had the pleasure of joining three friends and three of their friends for a sumptuous Chines lunch in a private room at the Xian Banquet Hall conveniently located on the ground floor. The building is imposing, resembling the headquarters of the World Bank or a high tech corporation, and conveniently located on the iconic Oetchaburi Road close the the main airport via the Railway Link.

After the meal we enjoyed a private tour of the hotel. We saw a range of rooms from single to suites and then proceeded to the skybar and swimming pool under completion. These afford an awesome view of the Bangkok megapolis. Then we visited the exquisitely furnished business and convention rooms which provide an ideal venue...

The air-con was broken on the day i visited, which was really bad BUT the worst part was once i reported the concern, it took me to called them and follow up 4 times during the course of 5 hours without the staff reaching out to me for any update!!

When i checked out, the 3 staffs was all over 1 guest in front of me and it took so long. When i returned the room card, they didn’t say anything to me, not even ‘thankyou you can go’ they just me wait until my patient ran out and i gotta asked them if i can go.

This is the worst service ever The service...
