Bedline Hotel — Hotel in Talat Nuea

This hotel was AWFUL. We got into our room and stayed for about 1 hour and had to find where else to go. I have never experienced a hotel in such bad condition. There was black mold in the room and it looked like it was attempted to be covered up with paint? This is a health hazard.. The towels were either dirty or had permanent stains on them. The floor had debris all over it and some sort of hair on the floors. The shower and bathroom are unkept and outdated. The walls in the room are scuffed up and look dirty. The only positive is that the staff were pleasant and nice. The standard rooms also have no windows and there are no safes in the room. The TV was constantly flickering while we had it turned on. The entire time that the AC unit was running-it was so loud it sounded like someone was constantly vacuuming. This was an extremely disappointing experience and I would caution people not to stay here unless they are okay with these...

Bedline Hotel is a classy hotel offering generous sized rooms, beds and bathrooms at an extremely affordable price. I wish I had extended my stay. Staff cleaned my room and provided fresh sheets every day. The pool is a nice size and quite cold which serves wonders after a scorching hot day. You can order from the restaurant/cafe and they’ll bring it out to you by the pool. Might I add, I had the best coffee I’ve had in Phuket at this joint - @barbowl. The area itself is quiet but I suspect it would be a little busier/louder in peak tourist season. It’s perfect if you want to stroll around old town Phuket by foot and it’s a convenient 8-12 minutes to head to the busier areas by motorbike. Approx. 24-30 minutes by taxi to Big Buddha and the botanic gardens. Loved...

it is a very basic hotel. Cleanliness was ok but could be better - I switched from one room to another and in both saw hair on the floor. They don’t even provide soap to wash your hands. Bathroom had a slight stench to it. Insulation not the greatest, my room was at the end and I could hear music from my phone playing with the door closed all the way at the other end of the hall. Could hear doors slamming, people talking but not to the point where i couldnt sleep or anything. The design is nice and the room is actually a decent size. You can use your room card to get a discount at the curry shop and cafe right next door, both delicious. Location not the best if you want action, a little far walk from everything...
