Sharing my terrible experience at this spa. One of the staffs who served us had a very rude attitude. We chose the oil massage package which required a shower first and she did not want us to shower and made very impatient noises. Ignored the client's request. We asked her to massage harder and she understood but completely ignored it. Initiated conversation with another masseuse throughout the service and was very loud. After the massage, we were showering one by one. When one of us had just finished showering and was still changing, this rude masseur pushed her way in without knocking and made very impatient noises. We arrived at the massage parlour at 7:30pm, chose a 2 hour massage package, and ended the massage at 9:30pm (this included the time we spent arriving at the parlour to choose the package, showering before and after the massage). The actual massage time was less than 2 hours. Feedback with front desk, there was no response.

While this place is clean, decent and very well priced, it was a terrible experience and the first time, out of hundreds of massages in Thailand, that I’d left without leaving a tip.

I walked in for a 1h head neck and shoulders massage. The entire time the masseuse hopped from left to right with no system. It felt like she was winging it. Some areas she only massaged my left side without doing my right and vice versa. Pressure was also very imbalanced. One side was much stronger than the other to the point where her non-dominant hand was doing little apart from light pressing while her dominant hand was kneading me to the point where I was wincing (which I liked - I told her I liked strong pressure). The masseuse also ended the massage 7-8 minutes early - which is more than 10% of the time I’d paid for. Located in an area with lots of cafes and restaurants, it is a convenient place to get massages and scrubs done. Price is very reasonable.

We went around afternoon 1130 am and were seen almost immediately. I liked that the place was clean and hygienic, and has a calming smell. Fully air conditioned, it was a nice break away from the sweltering heat outside. Cold water was also available at the reception.

We opted for the 1hr foot scrub for 400baht, and it was really good. Our feet felt clean and smooth for many days after. They did a thorough job and towards the end, even gave us about 5-10mins of back and leg massage. After everything was done, we were served some hot tea at a sitting area and were even offered ba zhang from the lady boss to bring with us!
