We have just returned from this hotel and had the best family holiday we have ever had!! We were pretty much the only English people but that didn’t matter. We were treated like royalty by all staff and have never felt so welcome anywhere else. The hotel is beautiful and clean, and the grounds are constantly maintained to a high standard. The rooms are basic and although the much-needed air-conditioning worked, it wasn’t as cold in one of the rooms as the other but was ok. We have seen that the rooms have started to be renovated, however. The hotel is right on the stunning beach too which was great. There are pedalos and kayaks available at the end of the beach at a cost, but it was just too hot during our stay to go on them unfortunately. The entertainment team Simo, Manu, Nadhal, Bouba, Sofian, Omar, Ikram, Rima, Joe and Chat (before he broke his leg) were amazing and feel like our friends! Their shows were brilliant; so entertaining and the activities were varied and inclusive of everyone of any age or nationality. I personally have never joined in many activities on holiday because I didn’t feel welcome but this year, I did everything – stretching, aqua aerobics, darts, beach Olympics, table tennis, Zumba, boules and dancing…. lots of dancing!! The kids went to mini club daily by choice too because they loved it so much and even participated in a kids show one evening and a pool side dance display. Without this team, the holiday would not have been what it was! Well done and thank you so much everyone! The buffet food was really tasty, unlike a lot of all inclusive where it is often bland. We enjoyed trying Tunisian dishes too especially on their themed nights. Our young kids are very fussy even in the UK but there was always mash or sauté potatoes, pizza, plain pasta, French bread, fruit, salad and chocolate cake so they never went hungry. Breakfast offered omelette, pancakes, croissants and pain au chocolat as well as cereals and continental breakfast buffet. Snacks were available in the afternoon but we didn’t need that. The restaurant manager Marook (not sure how his name is spelt, the gentleman with grey hair, who always wore a tie) and waiter Khedhiri could not do enough for us at mealtimes. Thank you so much. There is a good selection of drinks at this hotel compared to others in Tunisia and although the alcohol is not as strong as the UK (which we knew already), it was sufficient to have a good time! The bar manager Ali Jellibi and his staff at the main bar and pool bar were always quick to serve us, and our drinks were brought to us wherever we were sitting in the hotel. Thank you to all of you (sweetheart!!! 😊) The cleaners are also very friendly and work tirelessly all day and the rooms were always cleaned well, and the beds made with designs. So, we thank our cleaner of rooms 3019 and 3021 also. Ridha? The head of security & his guys were also so nice & a gave a constant reassurance, not that it was needed, as we NEVER felt unsafe, either in the hotel or outside. The staff here all work so hard every day and we really appreciated everything they did for us to make this such a fantastic holiday. Our 8-year-old has already “priced up” the hotel for next August for us to return!! Thank you everyone so much, we miss you already and hope to see you next year. Vicky, Frank, Lily, Poppy...
Read moreReview (September 2025)||The food, garden, and animators are the strongest points of this hotel.||Watch out for small turtles! :)||Location – Close to Enfidha Airport. The garden is exceptionally beautiful, with plenty of shade and sun. The beach is sandy but polluted. Nearby hotels take better care of their beaches. Staff extinguish cigarettes in the sand. For several days there was seaweed in the water. The sea temperature was about 26°C, and the seabed was safe, sandy, and free of sea urchins or other hazards.||Cleanliness – The rooms, common areas, and garden paths were kept very clean. Once we found some dirt in the bathroom, but overall the standard was high. Nothing was stolen from the room.||Rooms – The room had very basic equipment. A big plus: no mosquitoes or insects. The air conditioning worked very well, and there was a safe.||Food & Drinks – Breakfasts were average and repetitive, but lunches and dinners were AMAZING. The chef and cooks work hard and look professional. The line for live-cooked dishes lasted from several to over ten minutes, but it was worth it. Out of 12 times I tried the fish, once it was undercooked and 11 times it was perfect. Twice I received unwashed cutlery, but on 23 other occasions it was spotless. About 6 times I had to wait several minutes for cutlery, especially spoons. The drinks from the espresso machines were varied and good. Restaurant staff could work faster, especially in the evenings.||The strong alcohol in the drinks was watered down. Thanks to branded Coca-Cola, tonic etc. some drinks were still tasty. The beer and wine were good. However, bar service was inconsistent. Sometimes (when the bar chef was around) I could only get one drink per person (my wife had to wait). Luckily the chef wasn't there for a long time. Quality also varied: one barman added ice and lemon to a gin and tonic, another just poured gin and tonic without extras. In short, the bar was average.||Animations (opinion only for adult animations) - Despite a limited budget, the animations was excellent. The animators were involved.|However, the 11:00 PM disco needs serious improvement. The music was really poor, loud and did not suit the middle-aged and older guests, who were the majority.||Overall – Although we usually don’t return to the same hotel, this place might be an exception in the future. It is a beautiful place with excellent animators and great food. Despite the shortcomings, our stay was very enjoyable. |You just have to look for a good price opportunity. |||Mouna – 9/10|Very kind, polite, smiling and cheerful.||Manages the show well, not a bad actress.||Maxim – 10/10|Very communicative, sympathetic, with good knowledge of aqua aerobics, outstanding actor.||Zizou – 7/10|Good dancer, good actor, good motivator.||Nadal – 5/10|Looks "unwell" in the evenings, great dancer.||Zoha – 2/10|Seems to have one foot in retirement.||Mimi – 8/10|Very committed, hardworking, joyful. Excellent animator for kids.||DJ Mosquito – 1/10|The worst DJ of any vacation I have ever been on. The music and volume (usually too loud) were inappropriate for the age group.||Rio – 8/10|Friendly, funny, very communicative, with acting and dancing potential.||Bouba – 8/10|Probably the most polite and kind,...

Animation team A truly professional group of people. The Animation team are one of the best I've experienced. A professional team, you will not see then smoking they never ask for a drink and they never beg for anything. What this team will do is motivate you to try something different to make your stay more memorable and full of fun and always with a smile. There are fun activities daily to participate in, from a little stretching in the morning's to a dance class in the afternoon's, and many more. These normally happen around the main pool. A big thank you to Mono head animation, a truly gifted professional and motivated team leader. If your looking for relaxation then the salt water pool or beach is a great alternative where you will be surrounded by palm trees and lush gardens, with many traditional plants growing. Don't forget your snorkel.

Take a left when leaving the hotel. Stop along the way in "Rambler" a beach front coffee before heading to the madina. The fort of Hammamet is located in the madina, well worth a visit for a perfect photo shoot of the breathtaking views and costing only a few pounds to enter.
