From the moment you arrive at TUI Blue Palm Beach Hammamet, you are welcomed with open arms by some of the kindest and friendliest staff you could ever meet. The BLUE GUIDES, Maha & Neserin, set the tone with their warmth and hospitality, making you instantly feel at home in what can only be described as a modern-day tropical paradise. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a mix of stylish modern touches and a relaxing holiday vibe. The luxury rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the facilities are second to none: an indoor spa, gym, and pool, plus a cozy Thea’s Coffee Shop & Juice Bar, an outdoor reception seating area, and the lively main bar with both indoor and outdoor seating. There’s also a fantastic restaurant serving up incredible food daily, again with both indoor and outdoor seating options. Every single member of staff goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect, nothing is ever too much trouble. The entertainment team truly make this hotel special. Their energy, friendliness, and creativity bring the place to life, with the best daytime activities and amazing nightly shows. A special mention goes to Nino, Ghofy, and Issam, who make every day memorable, but the whole team deserves credit for the incredible atmosphere they create. The outdoor areas are stunning, with a main pool surrounded by plenty of sunbeds, and a beautiful private beach with its own loungers and towel service included. For drinks and relaxation, you’ll find several options: the main bar, a beach bar, and the stylish Sea Breeze Bar (note: this one isn’t part of the all-inclusive package). There’s so much to do around the resort: a mini golf course, BLUE F!T platform, French boules sandpit, tennis courts, a children’s park near the entrance, plus convenient on-site shops selling clothing, jewelry, and everyday essentials. There’s even a first aid room for extra peace of mind. From start to finish, TUI Blue Palm Beach Hammamet is an unforgettable experience. Between the beautiful setting, the delicious food, the wide range of facilities, and most of all, the people who make it feel like home, this hotel is pure perfection. Whether you’re looking for fun, relaxation, or both, this is the place to be. No matter if you are a solo traveler, a big family, or anywhere between the ages of 0–100, this hotel is 100% for you and I would recommend it to anyone! I have been twice now and we are already looking into booking our next trip to TUI Blue Palm Beach Hammamet!

Good place, tasty food, average staff I’d gave the hotel better rate, but staff doesn’t make your vacation so relaxing as they could make. ROOMS: there are different types of rooms: regular (with balcony) and garden view (with a private terrace). The room itself is rather spacious - there is a bed, table, armchair, shower. The necessities are not provided. Every room is equipped with a big safe, mini fridge, bathrobes, teapot, coffee and teabags, bottled water. FOOD: good variety of meals - breakfast is the same every day (you’ll definitely find something for you: different eggs options, hot dishes, cheeses and meats, oats, yogurts, fruits), for lunch and dinner there are different dishes every day. You can see meat variety, chicken dishes, fish (usually one or two positions), tasty shrimps and mussels, pizza and pasta, some local dishes. Overall, there are many healthy options, vegan dishes are also presented in the kitchen. For drinks there are house wines, cocktails (btw not bad), liquors. FYI there is no sparkling wine, which I’d highlight as an opportunity:) FACILITIES: 1) small gym with basic devices, but there are good free weights (up to 20kg), 2) outdoor & indoor pools, 3) adult-only zone with private pool in the area, 4) SPA, 5) shop (snacks, necessities, clothes, bags) on site, 6) three restaurants, three bars on the territory, 7) various daily program including sport activities, games and new evening show every day BEACH: sandy beach, there are sunbeds available, the beach itself is very small - so, all sunbeds are located very close to each other LOCATION: 1 hour drive from the Tunis airport STAFF: majority of staff isn’t friendly, they should be really nicer in this level of the Hotel. At the dinner all staff is tired from the opening, one guy (Sabri) is very rude and unpleasant - we had to move from the area he serves to another block to not to spoil our perfect day. But not all of workers here are the same: I want to highlight the hospitality of reception staff (especially Walid) and one the friendliest bartender - Jamel (btw awesome Pina Colada :)).

TUI Blue Palm Beach – No Crowds, No Rush, Just Bliss ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you dream of peace, tranquillity, and a holiday where you can truly switch off, then TUI Blue Palm Beach is where those dreams come to life. I’ve stayed at many TUI 5-star hotels, but this 4-star hotel outperforms them all – it doesn’t just beat them, it blows them out of the water. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like treasured guests. The staff are simply outstanding – warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making your stay perfect. The hotel is immaculate, with stunning gardens overlooking the sea that create a picture-perfect backdrop for every moment. The whole atmosphere is calm, serene, and restorative – no noisy crowds, no chaos, just bliss. Here, everything is unhurried and effortless. There’s no pushing or shoving for food and absolutely none of that mad morning dash for sunbeds – you’ll always find your perfect spot by the sparkling outdoor pool or in the beautiful grass gardens where you can relax surrounded by nature. If you want to mix relaxation with activity, the indoor pool and fully-equipped gym are fantastic. The daily animation team deserve a standing ovation – never pushy, always respectful and friendly, making it easy to dip into activities without feeling pressured. Dining is a highlight in itself – every evening, fresh dishes are cooked to perfection right before your eyes. The flavours are divine, the presentation beautiful, and the atmosphere relaxed and refined. As night falls, the entertainment wraps up at 11pm, ensuring peaceful nights and the deepest, most restful sleep. This was a truly rejuvenating escape – exactly what the doctor ordered. The TUI Blue experience is something special, and this hotel captures it perfectly. I left feeling lighter, happier, and completely refreshed. TUI Blue Palm Beach – please never change what you do. The concept is perfect for those wanting a peaceful, tranquil holiday, and I’ll be booking to return next year.

Where do I start with this review as I was blown away by everything! ||I was nervous about going away due to ill health the last few years but all that was put at ease as soon as we arrived |The minute you pull up to the hotel you could see from first impressions how immaculate it is. We were greeted and our luggage stored until our room was ready as arrived before 1pm. We were given a lovely welcome drink and the view was breathtaking. We went for a spot of lunch in the restaurant and was lovely so much to choose from and cooked to perfection. ||Everything about this hotel from the hotel itself to all the staff, is a cut above the rest, |We have been using TUI for the last 20years and this is the best EVER! ||Our room was perfect location to easy access to everything and waking up to the amazing view in a morning was icing on the cake. ||The coffee shop was first stop in the morning for a gorgeous drink and to sit on the veranda before going down for breakfast, once we had a spot of breakfast which the restaurant staff were amazing and started to remember what we drank in a morning, always greeted with a smile. |We would decide if it was pools or beach, there was always somewhere to sit no matter what time of day it was. ||The beach is clean and again the staff down there are amazing and so happy to help and say morning or afternoon? Always asking how you are and if anything you need. ||The beach bar is brilliant perfect spot for infinity pool and beach and toilets next to it, which was always cleaned and Prestine ||The infinity pool is lovely and adults only perfect spot to relax throughout the day. ||The day beds are worth the extra cost and tbh not that expensive, perfect for the added shade should you need it. ||The snack bar is nothing like we have experienced with a snack bar before, it’s a Gem, waited on service and again food cooked fresh to order and the menu is lovely. I still didn’t manage to make my way through it all in 2 weeks. My favourite was the Caesar salad at lunch. ||The main restaurant I matter what time of day was amazing, bread cooked fresh also on the premises and different stations for absolutely anything you could think off, again so so much choice we were blew away. |I must add it’s the first time ever abroad we didn’t become ill off the food, as all fresh and cooked to perfection along with the cleanliness of the hotel. |The desserts were plentiful and again labelled up for nuts, no nuts, Gluten free. ||The al-cart was out of this world, just wow you get one visit per stay, just wish we could have gone once per week like most Tui hotels. ||Reception staff were amazing and always on hand to help with anything. ||The spa was wow what a treatment, I went on 2 days while there and such value for your money? Again the staff were amazing and very knowledgable. ||The bars so much choice on the all inclusive range but anything that wasn’t on it was reasonable priced. Staff learn what you drink and you’re always greater again by their warm embracing s miles and high fives and hugs, they made you feel special and valued while there. ||The Entertainment at this hotel was beyond impressive from bands, local singers, performances, alway a chance to dance in the evenings. |The Entertainment staff brought out our confidence while there and we through ally enjoyed every bit. |It was lovely to meet and get to know the management also and very much hands on. ||The photographer is a must the pictures are amazing and will be cherished forever and one of the best we have met in a long time, as we have had photos done at each destination we have been. |I could go on and detail every little bit of the positives there were no negatives at all throughout ||We have made friends for life at this hotel staff and guests and we miss them all so much already we have booked to go back same time next year. ||I want to say A HUGE THANK YOU!! To each and everyone of you for making our holiday the best and memorable and we cannot wait to see you all next year. ||Whoever goes you really won’t be disappointed you will have the best holiday ever ||Special shout outs to. ||Kaies/ coffee shop and first person I see in be the mornings ||Restaurant/ Ahmed, Faycel, Sabri n||Entertainment - Super Star Ghofy, Nino, Rico||Management- Maha ||Reception Yosra Miami ||Photographer Mohammed ||Once again to everyone including our room cleaner THANK YOU!! ULTIMATE REVIEW: Overall, I’d recommend this hotel if you are getting it for a good price. It’s 4 stars & you can expect 4 stars. Nothing was bad, most things were very good to good, but not much amazing. We were all inclusive.

The Good below 👇

Food was excellent for a 4 star hotel. Really good options each night & probably the best part of the hotel. Some nights we were spoilt for choice. Really good seafood, salad & fruit options. Plates are cleared often but if you sit far away from the main hub, you can be forgotten. Also, we would like to have the option for tea or coffee at dinner so go with the nice desserts & cheeses.

There is also an a la carte lunch outside which is good for a change. There is another a la carte restaurant for dinner you can use once per stay & that was really nice too.

Breakfast food got a little repetitive after about 5 days.

Staff generally were good.

The Entertainment team are really good at bringing people together for games. The lady doing the entertainment was awesome & easily the best staff member for the entire hotel. Great with people, hard worker, a natural.

There’s a Heated pool for when it’s colder outside. Though it isn’t that heated.

Overall, the hotel was kept clean & the cleaners did a good job.

The Room was a standard hotel room but ticked all the boxes. Comfy bed & pillows.

It was good to have an app for the hotel so you could see the activities & book yourself in.

Alcohol cocktails tasted good & varied but they must be pretty weak as I had 7 one day & normally I’d be on the floor, & I was lightly buzzed at best.

WiFi is excellent. One of the best hotels for it. Great coverage & speeds throughout.

The Not so good below 👇

One issue that persisted was the bird poop on lots of outside chairs. There are local birds around the property but they aren’t a nuisance, they avoid humans & it’s nice to see & hear some nature. But they sit on the empty chairs & poop over them. Sometimes it was hard to find a clean chair out of 20 spare seats. The staff should be more frequently cleaning them than they are or clean a specific chair as you arrive.

The Massage was only ok & not worth the £40. It was mainly putting on too much oil & spreading it around your body as opposed to massaging. More rubbing than massaging. They don’t ask if you want it harder or softer like normal which was a tell tale sign for us. I Maybe had 5 minutes of actual massaging out of the 45. Also, when it ended, they both just left, without saying anything & we were like “have they finished or just left for a moment”. So not much attention to detail or awareness of good service. Also there was no music inside the actual room, only distant music from the spa reception so it was quite quiet in the room itself & so less immersive.

Fitness classes. We did toning band workout & yoga. They were ok. Although I can’t be sure, I’d assume the instructors aren’t properly certified or at least had a few days of training & were just repeating what they remembered. The first half of yoga was yoga, then it felt like they ran out of moves & we were just stretching as opposed to doing yoga movements. So it was fine but we stopped after 2 sessions because of this. As a suggestion, asking your participants for feedback & marks out of 10 straight after a class in front of the group, will never give you honest answers so it felt a little silly. I said 9, I meant 6. 😅

The afternoon Sandwich place could be a bit better to keep you full in between lunch & dinner. The cakes there were good but I was never interested in the sandwiches so maybe a few more options? The app says they make “freshly brewed coffee” but it was machine coffee like everywhere else. Maybe they could also offer smoothies? The fruits here are great so would be a good healthy option.

Overall though, these were smaller issues & didn’t impact our overall enjoyment compared to all the good stuff above. Would recommend for...

I rarely write any reviews, especially negative ones - there is always something good but l am the least to say frustrated. We arrived before check-in time. Fine. We’ll wait for the room to be ready at 2 p.m. “Where can we change into bathing suits? In the toilets”… There is a SPA at the hotel, presumably a changing room should be in place but anyways… We opened the suitcases at the reception … Changed - I already mentioned where and went to the beach. Finally found sun beds. A beach boy approached and I asked for a beer. The answer was not “yes Madam”, it was “good morning”… I had to explain that there is a time difference - don’t even know why I did it, I am not supposed to explain myself. Lunch time came, variety of tasteless food or low quality or simply bad taste food. Meanwhile, it was already 2.30 pm, the room was still not ready for us. It was around 3 when we got the cards. To be honest we got wonderful room, probably renovated considering the different photos of room types there are in the net. Ok, let’s see. Day two: the food will obviously won’t get better (fine, fine, this is subjective, still …) The room was poorly done after we got back from the beach - dirty glasses left behind, coffee not recharged, same wet towels folded back, water not being recharged in the fridge either (the tab water is not drinkable), etc. May be small things but too much to be listed, bad statistics. Day 3 - we went to visit the Zoo. At half past one the room was not cleaned. At 3,45 pm neither. I couldn’t have rested because the mades where not speaking English and couldn’t explain either why they haven’t done the room, neither when it will be cleaned and arranged. I went to the reception to change at least the towels. Unfriendly male receptionist sourly told me that the it’s not their job, sent me to seek for the house keeping. Another lady receptionist saw that I’m getting frustrated, called the maids and said they will bring towels. When I told her that it’s not only about towels but about the room at all she said that they will fix it. When? Soon … They came half an hour later. So now I’m at the balcony while they are inside. I didn’t rest, was mistreated as a guest and am quite unhappy during my well deserved vacation. Ah, yesterday at lunch - I was asking a waiter for water. Obviously he was either tired or the heat was too much for him, he passed by cursing (ok, I don’t speak Arabic but the body language is universal so is the tone) and simply ignored us. His supervisor was near by and I asked him for water mentioning that his colleague ignored us. The ignoring waiter brought the water, say, 10’ later with … dirty glasses … To be honest, today he was quite friendly, asked where we were from, smiled. But generally, I really DON’T recommend this hotel! There are small bugs all over the corridors and - yes, might be normal for the local climate and I wouldn’t have even noticed them but after such experience you spot all the unpleasant things, they should have treated them with some chemicals.) By the way, the mades are still in the room, I’m not sure if they are fighting or cursing us but it’s quite unpleasant to hear them shouting inside. Is it cultural (I’m alone with my son so a woman alone with a child may be outside their understanding), I don’t know and shouldn’t care, if they have accepted my payment I had to be treated well/normal. During my first day I tipped everybody, what a waste of my gratitude in advance … The only person I did not tip was a guy who came yesterday evening to scare away a lizard from my balcony - I simply was out of coins but he deserved it, he was kind, helped and smiled without expecting to be rewarded. Wait a minute, he was doing his job, just like the others should have to… Note: no kids...
