I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The first night I arrived late, around 11:00 PM, the hotel had complimentary airport transfer. I was given a room on the top floor overlooking the harbor (room 501) and nothing worked. It was a hot and humid night and the air condition did not work. I wanted to call the reception to ask how to work it and the phone did not work, the wires going to the phone jack were broken. I had to go downstairs to the reception to ask. The receptionist came up and checked and confirmed that the air condition and the phone were not working. I was stuck with that room that night. I tried opening the window but the music was so loud it was hard to sleep. The bathroom was very small, one could hardly turn around. My room was changed to 403 the next day and everything was in working condition but the noise is incredibly loud. There is a fishing boat in front the hotel and the people inside play music nonstop until 4:00 am and the bar next door is also playing loud music until late hours. People are partying in front of the hotel on the street and they have their own music. The last day the elevator was not working and I had to climb 5 stories (4+ WC floor) on foot. The hotel does not have a room price list in nowhere in the open. On the positive side, the staff is great very polite and helpful and they have a nice...
Read moreThe location and view are great, yes, however the free parking is about 500m away so either you have to block the street unload your luggage or you have to carry it. The room was a decent size with a nice sea view however there was one small bedcover/blanket that is definitely not comfortable for 2. Bathroom door wouldn't close properly and be careful if you're tall- shower stall is really quite low. All that can be bearable if it wasn't for the AC that made noise and did nothing else. Room felt like a sauna as it was 30+ degrees outside. Staff did nothing to help and after the 3rd trip to the reception where we got a "sorry" and shrugged shoulders we gave up, tried opening the windows but the street by the water is full of bars and restaurants and was very noisy so we had to deal with a sauna of room. We didn't stay to try the breakfast as we had little sleep and wanted to get out of there. ||Would not recommend until they fix the AC and...
Read moreHotel Limani is a two-star hotel, and it shows: the rooms are small (not satisfied with the first one, I was shown a few more; they were of the same size and level of comfort), the furniture is sparse and cheap, and bed linen and toiletries are kept to a bare minimum. Walls and doors are paper thin, so don't expect a restful sleep in the height of the season. Half of the lighting fixtures didn't work. The staff spoke the most rudimentary English. The mattress was firm and comfortable though, breakfast generous, and the view nice. The hotel restaurant was closed in the evening, but plenty of dining options were available within a few steps. The only gripe is the distance to the free hotel parking lot, which is about 400 m away in a dilapidated and scary-looking part of town (there are paid parking lots much closer). Overall, Hotel Limani is not a bad option if you stop just for a few hours of sleep and don't...
