I stayed twice in this hotel. First time 1 night only, second time 11nights. Why?
The first time I stayed, actually I didn't have the best sleeping experience and I wanted to share this when I checked out. At the same time, the overall situation of the hotel and the room was very good. I tried the room service, very delicious. So when I checked out, I informed the reception about my negative experience and receptionist Cetin told me that; "I can't make you leave this hotel with a negative experience, let me fix it for you and give me a chance to make it a great experience" You know what? He did it! And that's why I wanted to give this hotel a second chance. The result? Fantastic!
The restaurant food is awesome, the breakfast is beyond imagination, the open lobby concept is great which includes game zone, starbucks, working area and chill out area, basically you can live there! The gym is small but functional, the bed is big and comfy, the room and shower are great, the dry cleaning service is good, the room is being cleaned without a mistake!
And the staff? Let me tell you like that: I had to chance to stay in many hotels so far and I haven't experienced this kind of hospitality anywhere else. Whatever the management is doing, they are doing a great job. Because of that, the hotel staff is treating you super well! And also, I had my birthday during my stay, away from my family and friends and they did their best to not to make me feel alone with their approach and generous presents. In conclusion, have you ever felt sad when you leave a hotel? I did!

There are some even 4 star hotels with better SPA sauna and swimming pool facilities. Steam room should be at such a hotel. So I give minus to its SPA.|Regarding cleaning I expected a better cleaning services for the rooms, In my opinion my room was not cleaned well at the first day specially my bathroom, I could clearly see this. But altogether the attitude of the cleaning team was good and smiling face, saying good morning and etc. So I respect their efforts and dont give minus :)|Bed and pillows are quiet nice and comfortable. You can have a nice sleep, so I give it Plus,|TV service is good, It is great that the hotel uses smart TV's which have youtube and netflix. So you are not bored with only TV channels.|Breakfast of the hotel is one of the best in Ankara I am sure. Great breakfast. Variety of cheese and desserts and breads. Last day our colleagues asked for the croassan with cream inside and the chief quickly provided us, thanks to the restaurant breakfast chief (the young lady in formal dress) and kitchen team.|Public areas are enough and comfortable . So small tv in the room makes you feel bored of the room
No sound isolation i could hear the rooms around me
And when someone in the same floor close his door my room window vibrates
Breakfast is boring
3 types of croissant
2 types of sausage
few types of cheese
mushroom(very salty )
cornflakes
yogurt
and 2types of fruits thats all the breakfast in 5 stars hotel ..
My problems first one was a security guard he was asking me to check my temperature in a very rude way first time i tried to tell him that im guest here and they checked my tem. In the morning he didnt listen and showed me with his hand in a rude way that i must cheak it again so i did and i went out after 30 min i came back he asked me again to check it in a rude way again so i told him i was just here 30 min ago he cut me and told me i cant speak english and like he must check my temp so i ignored him and went to the reception guy to tell him that this is so rude.
Second i had to extend 1 more day they asked to change my room bec there is a team coming to the hotel and they want to take all the floor for them ....
3rd i went to the restaurant waited 40min for the food (grilled chicken ) and the chicken smelled so bad that i couldn’t eat it but the manger was nice and canceled the payment
