Q Hotel — Hotel in Çankaya

Overall a pretty good hotel for the price. Breakfast to the left of the lobby is officially from 7:30 AM to 10 AM but they tend to open a bit earlier of you need earlier access. Selection of food was simple but with a wide range from cereals to breads to hot foods along with mezes. Friendly staff to answer your questions. Located close enough to most noteworthy destinations. Rooms are nice and spacious with free internet. Toilets with built in bidets and immediately hot water available in the shower. My room had a few mini problems like all 3 bedside lamps being broken so I couldn't have a dim lighting for the night time, also the bathroom toilet paper holder was broken, and the bed cover was slightly singed. None of these were that big of a deal for me but thought I would mention them...

This hotel is recently open, apparently feels like you are using the room for the very first time, everything is totally neat and clean, people there are totally friendly as the people in Ankara were actually, surplus different staff and responsibles in the hotel, (I guess) the director (named Mine) had a direct impact on all services and was so friendly with us, that in the two week we had great talks each morning and with her advices we had great time in the quartier ! this place is without a doubt my only choice in Ankara in my future visits (however I experienced other 4stars hotels too) I'm so pleased...

This hotel looks nice, but the people there are terrible, terrible people. The manager is a liar, the receptionist is a liar, and worst of all their night staff with the glasses is a liar and a thief. The night staffer with the glasses, by the name of Hasan went into my hotel room while I was out and stole from me. It was even on tape and the manager lied to cover his worker. DON'T STAY HERE, THE PEOPLE THAT WORK HERE ARE TRASH AND WILL ROB YOU...
