We stayed at this hotel many times and it has always been a great experience. The recent renovation has transformed this establishment into a luxurious hotel. The new carpet and the renovated bathrooms are nothing short of exceptional. The rooms are equally impressive and clean and they maintain a warm and welcoming ambiance.

One of the most outstanding aspects of our stay was the location and the super friendly and attentive staff. From the moment we checked in until the day of our departure, every staff member we encountered was incredibly courteous and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing short of perfection. Whether it was a restaurant recommendation, arranging transportation, or simply a warm smile to brighten our day, the staff made us feel like a valued guest throughout our stay.

In particular, I must mention the hotel manager, Tekin, whose leadership and dedication to guest satisfaction were truly commendable. His presence was evident, as he personally engaged with guests, ensuring that everyone's needs were met. It's not often that you find a hotel manager who is so approachable and genuinely cares about their guests' experiences. His passion for hospitality shines through, and it's no wonder the entire staff follows suit in providing exceptional service.

This is one of the best places in Ankara to have a good and memorable experience. There are many shopping centres around the hotel open from early in the morning to late in the evening. The hotel might be located in a very congested lane with very scarce parking in the streets, but you can opt for the valet parking service at the hotel in a very meagre price. The rooms are pretty nice, room service is absolutely splendid. Complementary breakfast is served. Dinner can be done either in the hotel (for an additional cost) or in a restaurant anywhere near the hotel which serves food of your choice. This hotel is a real one stop destination for any family. A very nice place, excellent location, near kizilay(10 min walk), so many bars nearby, live nights, clean rooms, delicious breakfast, very very polite and kind personnel and the more important part: very cheap!|You can get to the hotel from the airport by bus(route 442 and you can pay by cash and a 10 min walk later) or get a shuttle. We've got a double no smoke room, There was no smoke smell in our room, not a bigggg room but had enough space, nothing less than a 5star hotel.|I think it's a waste of money if you go to an expensive 5star hotel, you don't need it in ankara at all.
