Fraser Place Anthill Istanbul — Hotel in Şişli

So, where do I start as I have so much to say. I stayed at the hotel apartment for two weeks with my husband.

Staff: Firstly, you're greeted by the welcoming smiling staff who take care of your bags from the door. They all speak very well English, they're so supportive and kind. They help with connecting you to the WiFi because for some reason I just couldn't, they were all just so charmingly polite and dealt with it. They showed us all the facilities that were avaliable to us, times of breakfast and showed us around everything in our apartment.

Breakfast: To be honest, the breakfast was quite basic nothing too special. Had all yout necessary essentials and you can ask for eggs such as an omelette or poached eggs. It could be approved with some mushrooms, vegetables, variety of fruits and lentils. However, this doesn't hender your experience as the staff again are just so helpful, polite and willing to move mountains for you. Also, they had good selection of herbal teas, coffee, fruit water and these were all nice.

Swimming Pool: There are two swimming pools, one for private guests and this tend to be quite and one by the GYM. I tried the private swimming pool and it was nice, I was on my own and really enjoyed it. The water temperature was slightly colder then I'd like but that's just my preference.

Gym: The gym has amazing facilities, small room to shoot hoops which we enjoyed. Has SKI stimulating machine, never used during my time there but looked really good. All the top workout essentials and extensive range of weights. Only negative, it wasn't open longer on the weekends and closed at 9.30pm, but isn’t such an issue.

Room: The room was spacious, bedroom separate and the living room and kitchen was open plan. Big window, so great view of the city of Istanbul which was very nice especially in the evening. The seating was comfortable, the TV was smart TV so could connect to your phone. The kitchen had all the essential cooking equipment which would be needed, obviously you have to bring your own seasonings. I'd recommend they give fairy and small sponge so can wash the dishes. But again, this isn't such an issue. The bathroom was decent size and the washing machine and dryer was a life saver especially if you go swimming.

Cleaning service: There was one lady that was really good and she was slightly bigger then the other (unfortunately didn't take her name). The other one, she was moody and didn't clean to well, wasn't keen on her.

Overall, I loved this place so much as it was just perfect balance from privacy, locality but the staff is what made our stay even better. I cannot say enough about the staff, even when we were leaving they said 'we hope our guests feel like they're part of the family who are visiting".

Highly recommend for families, for couples...I recommend for everyone as I just loved...

I stayed at Fraser Place Anthill Istanbul for a week with my entire family, and overall, it was a wonderful experience.

The serviced apartments are spacious, modern, and well-equipped, offering all the comforts of home. Our apartment was immaculate and provided stunning views of the city, which added a special touch to our stay. The fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities were particularly convenient for our family, allowing us to feel right at home.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests we had. Their hospitality made us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our stay. From check-in to check-out, the service was consistently excellent.

The location of Fraser Place Anthill is excellent, with easy access to many of Istanbul's major attractions. The surrounding area is safe and vibrant, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby. We found it easy to explore the city and return to a comfortable and secure environment.

However, the only downside we encountered was the occasional noise from the nearby construction. While it didn't significantly impact our stay, it was noticeable at times and could be a minor inconvenience for some guests.

Despite minor issues, Fraser Place Anthill Istanbul provided a fantastic base for our family vacation. The combination of comfortable accommodations, excellent location, and friendly staff made our stay memorable. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for convenient and family-friendly accommodation...

Hello beautiful Fraser Place Anthill Istanbul! Autumn came and we are looking back at our summer, especially the time spent at your beautiful place for couple of days starting 30th of May. We wish to take a moment to thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts, who welcomed us and took care of us. We felt very comfortable and relaxed at our very first time in Istanbul which started with the most beautiful place with the team, who are very professional and at the right place. Especially we would like to thank Furkan, who took care of us from the moment we arrived and throughout our stay. Furkan is the person of who the Fraser Place can be proud of, as he is a professional with all the knowledge of the hotel where he is working at, he gives personalised recommendations of different places to enjoy around the city and has a very warm attitude with the guests. The apartment that Furkan gave us in tower B was so impressive, we could have not wished for better. The high standard of cleanliness, super fabulous view and all the necessary amenities.
