We wasted our time by driving here. They ask 750 lira (15 euros!) for Adana kebab without any sides, just a plain 1 skewer of kebab with some sliced onions. We do not mind if the prices are higher, if only the food is good but this was abnormal, even for a fancy looking restaurant, comparing price-quality. They also come to your table with appetizers that are so called “free, on the house”. If you are not aware of these practices, you would believe it but it is a scam as they will charge you for it in the end. The restaurant looks good and clean, but we left. Another restaurant around the corner serves you the same meal for 250 lira and even with some extra sides without charging you. İlk açıldığı zamanda denediğim Kolcuoğlu Bomonti'ye bugün tekrar geldim ve iyi ki de geldim. Uzun süredir tedavimden dolayı glutensiz beslendiğim için sosyal medya reklamlarında glutensiz ürünlerinin olduğunu görünce hemen yeniden deneyimlemek istedim. Normalde her tattığım tabağın fotoğrafını çeker ve yüklerim. Ancak yemek yeme keyfinden ilk defa bir mekanda fotoğraf çekmeyi unuttum. Ortaya glutensiz lahmacun, zırh kebabı, çöp şiş, acılı ezme ve köz soğan söyledik. Bence glutensiz beslenmenin en güzel yanı hamurların daima çıtır çıtır olması. Bu nedenle yediğim lahmacun çıtırlığıyla inanılmaz lezzetliydi. Bu zamanda bu kadar kaliteli ürün kullanarak tabak çıkartmak kolay değil. En iyi market zincirinde veya glutensiz ürün çıkartan fabrikalarda bile bu kadar iyi glutensiz lavaş bulamazsınız. Uzun süredir bu kadar keyifle yemek yiyip sohbet ettiğim bir ocakbaşı deneyimim olmamıştı. Ve bunda kesinlikle Celal Bey'in ilgisi, nezaketi ve hoşsohbeti çok etkili oldu. İşin finalinde ise biz sadece çay beklerken Celal Bey ikram olarak kabak tatlısı getirdi. Glutensiz beslendiğim için yaptığı bu jeste tekrar teşekkür ediyorum. Mekanları mekan kılan sadece yiyecekleri ve ortamı değil, çalışanların işini severek ve bilerek yapıp, müşterilerine olan yaklaşımıdır. Yıllarını bu işe veren Celal Bey'in de müşterilerine karşı bu yaklaşımı mekanın müdavimi olacağımızı kanıtladı. Fotoğraf olarak önces sonrası şeklinde kabak tatlısını göreceksiniz. Sanırım hayatımda sevmediğim bir tatlıyı bana bu şekilde yediren tek mekan olarak tarihe geçtiler. Kusursuz bir lezzetti. Sadece bu tatlısına bile gelmeye değer.
