From the moment I made the reservation, I knew I was in for something special, but what I experienced far exceeded any expectations. First off, they went above and beyond by sending a driver to pick me up in the most high-tech, electric car. The attention to detail was immediately apparent, making me feel like royalty even before stepping through the door.

Turk Fatih Tutak, is undoubtedly one of the greatest restaurants I’ve ever had the privilege of dining in. His vision and skill have elevated Turkish cuisine to new heights, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have been able to experience it firsthand.
But what truly set this experience apart was the service. I felt so well taken care of by an incredibly attentive and knowledgeable staff. They made sure every moment was flawless, anticipating my every need with warmth and professionalism.
And to top it all off, at the end of my meal, they gave me a private, one-on-one tour of their kitchen. Seeing where the magic happens and meeting the talented chefs behind the masterpieces was the perfect finishing touch to an already exceptional evening.

Read moreWe dined in this fine restaurant for the first time during our last visit to Turkey. We have been to several fine restaurants around the world and this is definitely the best value for the experience.
Reservations are needed and due to its small size you need to call days in advance. We had to change our reservations few times and they were very accommodating.
The restaurant is located in Bomonti Sisli few steps from Bomonti Ada. We used to live this area for few months during one of our extended visit to Turkey. It brought back many fine memories revisiting the area. We parked our car at Hilton’s parking structure though restaurant has its own parking structure. It took us few minutes to find the entrance.
Once entered, we could tell we were stepping into an experience. We were greeted at the door by the hosts. They took our coats and walked us to our table.
We were given hot towels to wipe our hands. The food started to come as we were looking around us and soaking in the simply but well curated decor. The tables were spread around and you could see the bar and the open kitchen.
Some of the dishes had the wow factor but some were other than nicely presented lacked the flavor.Each plate was handled with care and explained in detail what it was made of and how it was prepared.
We ordered virgin drinks and enjoyed the attention we were given. At some point, it felt like we were watching a live theater and so many waitresses and waiters were just bringing plate after plate food to the tables as if there were more staff than customers.
The best part of the night was the tour of the kitchen. We were served our dessert at the kitchen. Each area of the kitchen explained and had a chance to say hi to the chef himself.
It was a well orchestrated dining experience and overall the price was quite reasonable. For a similar experience in anywhere else around the world you would pay at least double the price.

Attentive service and served by worldly teams they have the luxury of time to spend time with you. We enjoyed engaging in good conversation with the team.
Wayne and I especially loved the intimate tour of the kitchen following the tasting menu. A shoutout to the team who maintain a spotless kitchen and prepare all the delicious dishes. It was fun to meet you all, and thank you for the warm welcome.
