My Redriver Apart Hotel — Hotel in Beyoğlu

Terrible Host!||I was visiting with my friend (who is Turkish, so at least we could communicate, otherwise this guy didn't speak English). At my very first day in Istanbul; when we arrived in the evening to the aparthotel, we were told, they will not accommodate us in the hotel! ||After trying to find out why is this happening, the only thing the guy was repeating "there was problem on the site". So first thing first they knew my number I've had them on WhatsApp, they didn't say nothing that they can't host us. Previous day they were offering me airport shuttle, which I refused. Secondly, on booking.com (where I booked the room) everything was fine, my booking was CONFIRMED! ||There was no other option, but contacting Booking.com, when they offered me a different hotel (a normal hotel!), and we set off..||What puts me off, the guy was very offensive, didn't want to help with anything. I was asking for a local taxi number, he said he doesn't know any taxi operator, when I asked for his manager name, again he refused to tell. He basically put us out on the street.||AVOID at all cost! You can find better and cheaper accommdation than this, moreover if I knew where is this aparthotel is situated, I would've changed my mind. The area is filthy, loud, with dogs and all kind of people on...

We stayed for 4 nights.||(+): The owner is a good, peaceful and helpful person. The owner s family is staying there too (in the same builbing). wifi was great. The most important is cheap...very cheap||(-): very small bathroom, no curtains....it Is a simple and basic room, nothing more or less. the cleaness is average||LOCATION: it s only 5-10 min on foot from taksim and istiklal, but the immediate area of hostel was a little bit creepy at night, but was safe at mornings.||If you want something really cheap and basic, you can choose this hostel.||My biggest concern is about the immediate area. Close to taksim but the immediate neighborhood was degraded|| I won t choose the hostel...

Апартаменты (вернее мини-отель) находятся примерно в 15 минутах ходьбы от площади Таксим. Что касается их расположения, то есть некоторый минус: сама улица, где располагаются эти апартаменты не ровная со спусками и подъемами и является ответвлением от основной магистрали (по которой долмуши едут в Аксарай). Плюс без навигатора не так просто найти, если в первый раз, даже таксист местный долго искал.||Внизу находится ресепшен, где работал во время моего визита молодой человек, пытающийся во всем услужить.||Сам номер (на последнем этаже) был представлен в виде студии с мансардой. 2 достаточно широких кровати, кухня со всем необходимым. В номере все новое и чисто. Можно курить. Вайфай работал хорошо.||Но была следующая проблема: в момент моего заезда не было никакой воды. Администратор долго и упорно пытался выяснить в городских службах, когда вода появится, пытался что-то сам сделать в подвале, но в итоге вода появилась ближе к 12 ночи. Номер мне не меняли и никакую компенсацию, кроме (смешно) купить воду в бутылках для принятия душа не предлагали. В итоге данный инцидент украл у меня половину суток, т.к. без душа (и извиняюсь за подробности, туалета) я не мог никуда идти... На следующий день мне нужен был поздний выезд и, несмотря на ситуацию с водой днем ранее, мне было предложено оплатить полную стоимость суток (выезд в 18 вечера).||В общем впечатления полярно...
