This place has plus points and minus points so I've rated it ok. Plus points; Good sized pool Very good service It's clean and tidy Staff are helpful Comfy sunbeds Has a spa pool A decent breakfast choice Has a separate kids pool Plenty of shade available Lunch snacks are good value The minus points for me were; Very hard bed No kettle in room Half board food not great (only because I do like to recognize what I'm eating)and I guess it is typically Turkish food. Shower although very powerful kept shooting off the wall soaking everything in the bathroom. A main road very close by giving off a bit of noise. A dog barked every night of our stay waking us up in early hours of the morning 4am -5am (although that's not Rebin Beaches fault) Would I come back? Probably not. I've had a nice time here but found there is not much to do in the very local area. Plenty of restaurants around but not so many shops unless you travel to fethiye. I travelled with my husband and we are in our 50's there were more elderly people than young people at this hotel when we travelled in June.

Although not new to Çalis Beach, this was my 1st visit at the Robin Beach Hotel, and I couldn't have been happier with my choice, so much so I extended my stay by 2 weeks! As a solo traveller, from the very beginning the entire Team made me feel very welcome and incredibly well looked after. The Service Style is what one might find in a 5 Star Hotel in London: very attentive, proactive, discreet, and very respectful. It's evident by the care and attention the Staff put into their work, that they enjoy working for this Family run property: the majority of colleagues have been working here for years, and this shows in the high standard of service they provide. From the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms, to the laundry and pressing service, to the quality of the Food prepared daily "fresh from scratch" by the Kitchen, the Pool Bar, the Hotel Pool and Grounds... the Rebin Beach Hotel is the proverbial "hidden gem"!!! This is now my home away from home in Türkiye

We had a lovely day here at Rebin Beach hotel. The breakfast was buffet style and a very nice selection of fruit cheese meats yogurt jams butter eggs cereals omelette etc as optional extra. Plenty of tea, coffee, juice and lovely bread. The pool is very large and nice and clean with very comfortable sun loungers. The gardens are well kept. Toilets and changing cabin lovely and clean. My only negative comment would be the metal steps were very hot under the sun and extremely difficult for all of our group and especially my elderly father to use. They moved as if coming out of the concrete when you stepped on them making it rather scary.

We were surprised at the reviews as was totally different to our experience, we must've been in the worst room of the hotel?||When arrived at 10pm, asked for safe key, couldn't find safe after looking in every conceivable place and not there, went back to reception and was told it's in closet, so went back to room, still no sign had to virtually drag the guy to room to show him that there was no safe just 2 drill holes in the shelf, he offered to sort in morning, we opted against||Bedside panel housing light switches and plug socket was hanging off the wall (this got repaired nextday as sure they noticed and corrected it). Surely should have been fixed before our arrival. ||Went to go to bed and there was no top sheet, 2 white single towel looking items, which was there version of a sheet. The bath towels changed most days these were worn and had holes in||Every day shower at 7am and no hot water, did notice some at 8pm at night, actually on last day showered at 11am and there was hot water||Breakfast - very disappointing, there were omelettes for 4 days, only one of those days were ingredients available, rest egg only. Pretty poor selection overall.||Also hygiene was a concern there were lots of cats in the kitchen dining room area which was open for them to roam all night. The serving area had covers but i suspect the tables could have been used by them overnight for you to leave your knife and fork on before use the next morning. ||Sunbeds although we're not interested to use, were so badly sweat stained and looked like, they had not been cleaned in years ||2 days room wasn't cleaned, went out at 8.30am every day and came back at 3pm and on those days she attempted to clean room shortly after we arrived back and the other day tried at 4pm. The hotel was nowhere near full, and would not normally expect rooms to be made up after 4pm. In fact we never saw any cleaner in any of the common areas at any point in the whole week, stairway and hallways unswept, our floor was only floor with old ripped brown wallpaper and looked like that floor unused and unrefurbished||As we were on a late flight home we enquired about having the room for an extra 2 hours as checkout was 12, was told it would be til 4pm at £30 extra, would've paid £10‐£15 for 2 hrs but not £30||No wifi available in the room which is unusual nowadays. ||We were not expecting the ritz but not a room that was in serious need of update. We knew the room was going to be basic but not in such a state.||We did not report at time as felt nothing would have been done leaving us to be made to feel uncomfortable for rest of our stay.||We have stayed at many hotel throughout the world this being the worst.||We have made EasyJet aware that it appears their clients our allocated the second rate rooms. And to highlight the description of the hotel meant we...

We've been here for the first time with our whole Family, but part of the family visits this hotel annually. We expected it to be decent due to the stories by our family members ( also u wouldn't come back if its bad :D) but they topped our expectations. Especially the staff and the owners make this a really special place and we're looking forward to next year, because we'll definitely stay there again. We've felt very welcomed and everyone was so kind and polite and adored our daughter. The food was great and the cook who is serving it is so lovely with children. Everyone is really lovely with children! It's a beautiful "small" hotel with reasonable prices. A great pool (which is quite big if u compare it with other hotels around there) and two smaller pools where our daughter (and other children of course :D) could play. The green area around the pool matches the size and is really neat. Also u got a lot of suntime which is great (and for the breaks in the shadow a lot of garden lounges under a canopy around one site of the pool) It's less than a 7 minute walk to the beach, across the street is a Migros and in-front of it is also the nearest stop for the Dolmus.

If I've had to make a suggestions for improvement it probably would be the Wifi (which works, but I'm quite spoiled from the lightspeed Mesh i created at home :D) but wifi in the room is not really working (except the balcony) and i couldn't test the Lan-port in our room (didn't brought a device or cable) BUT that had the positive effect of almost no screentime, only for like 10 Minutes after Dinner or while having a break from the pool to share fotos with the family from the latest experiences. And a new set of billiard queues :)

Thank u really much for the greates holiday stay in we've...

This is no more than a 2 star venue.|The hotel is very basic, looks tired and could do with updating but it is nice and clean. Pool area is also nice. I was taken by surprise that there was no kettle, iron/ironing board available in the room and expected to pay for any ironing. Only complimentary water available on the first day and then you have to buy your own. There was Migros supermarket nearby so we just purchased from there.|The rooms do not have a WiFi signal which is disappointing I had to buy a data package.|Wi-fi signal is very weak and can only be reached around the pool or communal areas.|The waiting/bar/cleaning staff are very nice, polite and helpful.|The hotel is a ten minute walk from the beach but you need to cross a very busy dual carriageway to get to the beach. They don’t allow you to use their towels at the pool or beach and there are signs to not bring food in to the hotel which I think was ridiculous. However we ignored it and did buy our own snacks.|You have to request and pay for the use of the safe in your room (10 euros a week)which is a silly as the safe is in the room anyway. So you pay for the use of a key. Seems all money making tactic.|The beds were acceptable although I found the mattress a bit too soft and not ideal if you have back problems. The mini fridge was never cool enough to cool our drinks. ||We had a lovely holiday other than those few issues. I don’t think I would consider this...
