If i could give 0 stars i would. £20 pound for 6 small pieces of octopus. £20 for 7 basic shrimp. No side included had to ask for chips on the side. Had asked before ordering if they took card and they assured us yes. After having eaten we went to pay and their machines were not accepting payment with our phones. We were told they could take physical card payments and asked us to walk up to our hotel to get our cards to pay. We walked back to our hotel and back to the restaurant to pay. We tried to pay with our physical cards and that didn’t work either. Their CARD machines did not take CARD payments. We then had to go to the atm to get out cash for them. Positive - good place to have drinks, smoke sisha, listen to live music (singer was very good, good balance of music genres and not deafeningly loud). Comfy seating on the sea front to watch the sunset & passers by. Staff were friendly without being over the top. Generally good atmosphere.

But the food 🙄 - shockingly poor - overcooked flavourless fried chicken pieces, stodgy overcooked rice, salad mainly lettuce. They said they had a new chef - so they should have done a test run before serving to customers! I would hope this was a one off but I wouldn't chance eating there again. Clouds over cloud 9! Style over substance at this beach side restaurant. The menu looked great but quality and cooking of the food was poor! We sat down at approximately 7pm for drinks and asked to eat a bit later whilst enjoying the sunset. We ordered our food at 8pm, 15 minutes later the waiter told us the fish soup had finished. As our starters slowly arrived we waited for the gravlax to arrive after 15 minutes we asked again to be told the gravlax was not available. The service was poor due to lack of any kind of supervision with staff standing around and tables left with empty glasses or no drinks.
