Never go here, especially as a woman or anyone who has even a little appearance of money. The specific problem is the manager, on top of the filth everywhere and location right beside loud beach clubs. I had a cosmetic surgery and my patient care coordinator unknowingly suggested this hotel since I needed to stay indoors mostly for the 6 day resting period. I was accused of smoking indoors on the day of my surgery. I do not even smoke, let alone would never smoke before a cosmetic surgery. I had to complete blood work to prove I am not a smoker to even qualify for surgery. When accused I asked the manager to check my room and he refused, then later admitted to going in my room and rummaging through my purse. He fined me $300. Money was also missing from my room. I have to return next week to make a report, as I am also following up with my surgery. He instead could’ve called the police so I could have proved myself innocent. If you’re in the property, it actually doesn’t smell at all but especially in my room, which didn’t even have working appliances. The outdated AC makes the entire room lit up even at night. If you are near the front hotel where the sign is light will inevitably come in. The manager specifically casts these allegations but asks the rest of the staff to enter the room even if do not disturb sign is up, which I had to record proof of. The rest of the staff on their own are very nice and he is honestly the reason women should be afraid in life, he targets them and Americans clearly. When I was coming inside one of the days I heard another American complaining on the phone feeling singled out also. I asked for a receipt of my fine which the manager days later sent over What’s app not email, so he could delete the messages/ not allow me to have proof for the website I booked the hotel off of. The hotel is like a hostel, you could hear someone peeing in their room with the door closed from a room across the hall or even downstairs. It’s located by beach, restaurants and a taxi cab right in front but also beside a trailer park. A lady told me one of the nights she heard a young female was assaulted in the park there, where the driveway adjoins. If you care to protect yourself at all avoid this hotel and mainly the scoundrel manager who in this case seems just as bad as the assaulter^ above. He will laugh in your face as he takes your money also but runs when talk of police being called occurs. If you’re a good person you truly wouldn’t work here or even near here. Attached are pictures on Google of how messy it’s kept too, not only during construction times as the ghetto manager claims. I have proof I stayed here under my patient coordinator name who sadly...
Read moreLa Cactus Butik Hotel in Antalya is an absolute gem. From the moment you step in, you're enveloped in a warm and welcoming atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. The staff's exceptional hospitality is second to none – they treat you like family and ensure your every need is met.
Their garden areas are massive and very soothing especially with a cat family there which they love and take care of. Every bit of the experience was delightful.
The hotel's prime location, just a 2-minute walk from the beach, is a paradise for beach lovers. Although they don't provide food or breakfast, their thoughtful gesture of offering discounts at nearby restaurants and beach spots adds to the overall convenience and experience.
While there might be slight hiccups in the functionality, these minor inconveniences pale in comparison to the exceptional service you receive. The check-in process might take a bit longer than anticipated, but the radiant personality of Halima at the reception makes the wait a delightful experience in itself. Her friendliness and warmth turn what could have been a frustration into a pleasurable interaction.
In conclusion, La Cactus Butik Hotel is a haven of hospitality and comfort. The memories of this stay, bolstered by the exceptional staff and welcoming environment, guarantee that I'll definitely be returning for another...

I call the owner to explain why. He told me that in Turkish I need a special document to stay with underaged. The document was in the car. I said, I go to the car and bring the paper and we can stay, yes? But he told me that I will go to the car, I will bring the paper(document) and I will go to jail. He really told me this. I just arrived in Antalya, Turkey. I had every documented ok. I have been with my girlfriend in so many hotels in Antalya with no problem. I don’t know why this person permitted himself to make such comments and statements. I got very scared because he said it very seriously. I didn’t know what to do. I wanted to call the police but I didn’t was scared, maybe he is right and I will go to jail. It was a nightmare that day. I have no words to say how badly it affected me and my stay in Turkey. I have stays in so many hotels in Antalya and Alanya, no problem, but only this place has did this unbelievable thing. All my stay in Turkey was based on this fear. ||I am very disappointed, so...
