Terribly run Starbucks. Line out the door on a Sunday so obviously busy. Tables were dirty with trash scattered about. Waited in the line to order a Berry Hibiscus and berry muffin. No issues with placing my order, my cup was placed on line. Then rudely every order after mine was placed before my cup. I waited since I had ordered a cold drink but it continued. I finally said something like where’s my order, why are you not making it. Then I assume he was the manager handed my cup over to have the drink made and then they retrieved the muffin. Absolutely ridiculous the level of service here. So unfortunate the Starbucks experience internationally especially in Turkey is far below acceptable. Some serious improvement needed...
Read moreYou should remove ashtrays and put no smoking signs on tables near doors. All smoke from cigaret adicts is coming inside and ruins all atmosphere. You should monitor that smoke is not coming inside. Change table positions etc. I’m regular here spend in a 1-2 weeks 500 TRY+ here and that could be it I will look for another coffee shop if you don’t act here.
Also sometimes you make it very hot inside with airflow and in 30 minutes you open doors to make it freezing cold (in bad weather) like 20 degrees difference in temperature in mater of just 30 minutes. Read moreIf you get your coffee in the morning, this place is usually not busy and the staff are friendly and attentive. They are normally well stocked and have the food and drinks you want to order. They have recently switched their machines to show prices in Euro, Dollar, and Pound, which I thought was a thoughtful addition since they're near the beach in a touristy area. They are also very tolerant to us foreigners who might struggle with Turkish.
