Çakıl Beach — Local services in Konyaaltı

Visit done on 3 September 2023 in the afternoon: The beach club is meant to be free for people who stay at Double Tree Hilton hotel + 10% discount on food and drinks. They changed our sunbeds two times as they say only some are free for us. Service is aweful. No one speaks English. Waitresses were looking at clients and laughing together. Food was very basic. 5 pieces of shrimps in a shrimp noodle which came very late and after all food were already about 8-10 minutes on the table. 6 rings of fried Calamary on letuce although in the picture on the menu it was served with fries as well. Chicken Teryaki was already cold when it came. Cocktails were very nice though. Even when paying they looked too long at us and began to speak Turkish with each other and laugh. This is rude behaviour anywhere in the world. I don’t know the reason yet. I was there to relax with my parents and that’s why I did not call for the manager. Disrespectful people. The experience was horrible, 2 days ago we came here, they told us that the 2 left left beds in 2nd raw are reserved … we innocently accepted and took two sun beds at the back. Today we came early and almost all the front sun beds were vacant, the guy told that all of them are reserved !!!! This made us disappointed and angry. But despite waiter objection we sat where we wanted and asked him to call his manager… indeed the guy called some one and we heard the word “ yabançi” which means foreigner. upon our insistance we were given the table number … However after what happened we don’t feel ordering food since we are not sure what could be done to our food. Amazing experience here at Cakil Beach! 😍 First of all, very aesthetic and calm place, great for enjoying the beautiful view, taking amazing pictures and feeling like in paradise. DJ plays the best music, you could vibe all day to old 2000 songs. Food is delicious, my boyfriend and I got Cakil Burger and it was one of the best burgers we ate. And the thing that left me apsolutely impressed is proffesionality in service. Staff there is taking care of all your needs, we felt so welcomed and respected with their highly profesional and polite staff. For me, this is the best beach bar in Turkey and Antalya. Definately...
