We booked this as part of a Jet2 holiday and we were impressed with how luxurious it felt. The view is amazing, from the pool and the balcony. The infinity pool overlooking the blue Aegean Sea is wonderful and lightly used. Maybe it was the time of year but it was quiet and calm. Epic sunsets and you can watch the little boats and giant cruise ships on their way into harbour. || We really liked the location, on a cliff a nice walk from the Ladies Beach on one direction (or a one minute ride in the number 5 mini bus) and to the town and port in the other. There’s a little beach on the peninsula in front of the hotel too, where the beach club was only just opening so don’t know what it’s like. Ladies beach is sandy with clear sea and a promenade with many cafes and restaurants above. We liked Kiwi. ||The hotel was very clean, staff were nice, room spacious with comfy bed and good shower, cleaned perfectly every day, and the breakfast was great and had lots of choice. It has unexpected but very good cakes and pastries along with the usual hot foods, cereal, toast, six kinds of cheese and salad. ||One negative for us was the price of drinks in the bar and food (even as Londoners!) We had b&b because we like exploring restaurants (and there are many excellent fish places in town) but couldn’t resist an evening glass of wine in the bar watching the sun set - roughly £10 for a glass of house wine, twice the price of a restaurant in town. It was worth it for the view, but a portion of room service chips was the same. There wasn’t much Turkish food on the menu. ||Also don’t book a trip directly with reception. We had the option of booking excursions with Jet2 and in fact used Starlight in town because they had the days we wanted for Ephesus and a boat trip. But when we asked reception about a Turkish bath in town they offered to book it, so we did, and it turned out to be £10 each more than the price he quoted (which had been equivalent to other ways...

This anti-boutique hotel only wants to make money from you and doesn't care about you being happy. Some services services are very poor. For example we asked to bring cushions for the sun beds near the pool. A manager said that someone will bring them in 5 minutes. However, after 20 minutes an employee came, look at us, said OK and disappeared. 20 minutes later I asked him when he will bring the cushions. He said ok and disappeared again. We never got our cushions. The most outrageous thing happened when I asked where I can get ice. I was told to pay for it. Even motels provide it. I called a manager on duty and he told me that this is their policy, since it's an additional service. They provide one 330ml bottle of water per person on the arrival. After that you need to pay for bottles every day (no more water provided daily. All hotels in Turkey provided water daily). Wi-FI is not working in the room. I complained at 3 pm, but until now - 10 pm the problem is not fixed... There was no soap in the bathroom next to the restaurant and the pool for 2 days. Needed to remind them 2 times to bring it. This is not a boutique hotel, which pampers it's clients, but a hotel that want to charge you for anything possible. They need to learn what the hospitality...

the hotel is very basic and i am not sure why it is 4/5 * hotel. The staff(mr Efe) and the manager ms. Yasmin are literally horrible. we were given only one shower for a couple for 4 days. I asked them to replace. They were rude, abrupt, no courtesy and ruthless. I was "GO TO LOCAL SUPERMARKET AND BUY YOURSELF, ALSO IF YOU HAVE PROBLEM COME TO RECEPTION OTHERWISE GET ON WITH IT"|I am not sure this is culture of the hotel.|Rooms very basic|one small air conditioner and small capacity struggled to cool|VERY VERY NOISY NEIGHBOURS WE WERE TOLD IT WILL NOISY DUE TO NEXT DOOR NIGHT CLUB ON THURSDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.|In room televsion nothing works except turkish channels|WOULD NEVER GO IN MILLION YEARS AND VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE|Rooms2.0Service1.0Location3.0|RoomsVERY BASIC|Nearby activitiesNEAR TO TOWN CENTRE AND WALKABLE|SafetyDO NOT KNOW|WalkabilityON HIGH POINT AND NEAR TO TOWN CENTRE|Food and drinksNOT SURE|Noteworthy detailsVERY RUDE RECEPTION, GET LOST ATTITUDE, NOT AT ALL...

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at LaVista. We were greeted by a bell hop, who took our bags to our room while we checked in. The location was great; quiet yet only 10 minutes walk from town. And every room has a fabulous sea view, including a castle! The staff were helpful and polite. It is child free. An appropriately sized infinity pool, for cooling off, overlooking the sea. Our room (suite) was spacious and cleaned every day. We stayed half board. Breakfast was buffet with a decent selection from a small hotel. In the evening, we were verbally informed of our dinner by one of the attentive waiters and the food was limited, but lovely. There is an al a carte menu too, however, we were quite content with our included fare. Will we go again? Definitely. And I would recommend it to anyone want a to get away from the hoi polloi, seeking a quieter, relaxed environment.

Great 3 / 4 star hotel in between kuscadsi and lady's beach, closer to town. Just up from Pidgeon island overlooking the sea. Very quite hotel, very relaxing and staff are great and can't help you enough. Typical tirkish breakfast, people on half board said the meals were great and no complaints from them. The pool sunbeds are fully in the sun by 12 at the latest with the earlier ones by 10:30 as the sun rises. Rooms are clean, come with complementary soaps etc. And a fridge, tea and coffee facilities in the room. The beds are large and comfortable.all rooms have sea views. The hotel next door occasionally breaks tge 1am noise regulation as well as the beach bar well below the hotel, but other than that it's a very peaceful area. It's a 10-15 min walk to lady's beach and 10 mins to the town centre. If I was heading back I would pick that hotel.

The hotel has good location next to kusadasi town center. The room was pretty spacious, and overall a pretty good experience. The breakfast left something to be desired compared to the breakfast we got in other places during our stay in Turkey. Moreover the check-in experience was less than smooth as the lady kept smoking while we were standing behind her. When we called the front desk, it rang and she came running. Then she said she’ll send water to the room and it never came. The guy next morning was very responsive and made sure we had water, got help with luggage and gave us great recommendations for traveling though. Also the music was very loud till late in the night. Overall a decent hotel if you’re visiting Ephesus, we got most used to exceptional service in Turkey and this hotel fell slightly short
