Traveling on a cruise with a stop in Kusadasi, we were searching for a specialty dish and when we asked the manager at Ephesus about it he told us he didn’t have it on the menu but would find it… we were skeptical and the other family members ordered plates… low and behold he produced the plate -Icli Kofte -and my mother-in-law loved it!
