We stayed at the erdenhan for a week, where some of our friends and family were also staying for a fortnight. ||||Staff at the erdenhan arranged for transfers from the airport for us, and on arrival staff were very helpful and friendly! ||||We were pleasantly surprised with our room. Kettle, toaster, cooking rings, fridge, hairdryer! ||||Our view was quite good. We were in the room just above the bridge, and could see the main street.||||Mali the barman was really good! Nice and friendly and would engage in conversation! He even made us all dinner one night (I don't think they do meals at night usually). ||||Whilst we were there mali arranged a football match between all the people staying in the erdenhan. he got transport for everybody including spectators and everybody had a great time!!||||He also helped arrange a bbq night whilst we were there, but due to some fussy eaters in our party we didn't attend, however we came back to see some of the entertainment at the end. ||||Swimming pool was adequate in size, and enough sunbeds for all. there is also a small childs pool. The bar and swimming pool area was cleaned everyday.||||Our rooms were cleaned everyday, to a high standard with fresh towels and bed sheets.||||Our bed base was quite noisy, and on sunburn the sheets felt a little rough.||||During our stay the other guests were all young, and our party consisted of a range of ages, from three years to about fifty, so good for all!!!||||I would recommend the erdenhan. Excellent place as a base, close by to all the shops and restaurants, right next door to the hospital and the beach isn't...

Read moreFirst of all the appartments are very far from the city, in a 20-25 minutes walking distance which is a really disaster during the hot summer period. The rooms are big and comfortable and the staff is very friendly. For me it was a bad surprise the lack of a lift but the staff helped me with the luggages. It also bothered me the extra charges for the a/c: I would prefered to be included in the room rate. The biggest problem I faced was the foul smell emanating from the towels of the hotel . The towels were not well cleaned so we had to buy towels for a nearby market for making shower and wiped my face. The first night Ι arrived with my family we awakened around 03.00 by the noise made by some drunken hotel guests .Ηowever the noise stopped shortly with the timely intervention of the staff...
