I’ve stayed in budget hotels before, but this place is in a league of its own — and not in a good way. From the moment I walked in, I was disgusted at how unclean it was. The floor hasn’t seen a mop since 1970, the bathroom was full of mold and mildew, the cupboard door was hanging off and bits of the facing had holes in it. I was told upon check in that I was given “the best room in the hotel” so I dread to think what the worst room is like!!! Safety was another nightmare. The balcony doors were hanging off the slider so I had to use every bit of strength to open and close it and when it was “closed” there was about a 10mm gap so it wasn’t secure. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving anything in the room, let alone sleeping there. No air con unless you pay £49 a week, I wouldn’t have paid £49 for the room itself for a week so I refused to pay this additional cost therefore the room was stifling hot and stuffy. There was a group of people in the room next to me who started fighting outside of my room, the hotel staff got them out on the street but the fight continued for hours to the point the police turned up. I was a solo traveller so this was a scary experience. Between the unbearable heat of the room, the uncleanliness and lack of safety, I didn’t sleep whilst I was there so I checked out early because I couldn’t handle another night in those conditions, I expected an apology when I checked out but the member of staff just took my key off me and he didn’t say a word. I would have stayed to complain but I didn’t feel comfortable one bit and just wanted out of there. Trust me: spend your money anywhere else, even if it costs more. Your health and safety aren’t worth the risk

The hotels location is very nice it is close to everything but trust me you won’t want to leave the hotel as the staff are extremely friendly especially Cemal Ali and Danny are very helpful and always happy to have a chat if there is any problems the staff will always sort it out instantly and the rooms are also cleaned everyday safety is great as you can always trust the staff, the food is lovely Cemal always makes the best food i would definitely recommend the ottoman kebab any of the casseroles and the steaks are also lovely all around it is a perfect hotel when you think about the price as it is the best hotel in Marmaris you can get for this hotel

First time I stayed at this hotel and it wont be my last, location is perfect with everything on the doorstep and walkable distance, staff are friendly and their customer service was outstanding as staff went above and beyond expectations to make your stay more enjoyable also the other guests were friendly and made some new life long friends, rooms are basic but provide everything you need for a comfortable stay, food was cooked to perfection from the on site chef, can't wait to book here again next year.

Id love to give this hotel a 5 star review BUT it wouldn't be fair on people reading this and choosing to stay there because of a fake review.|The staff there are great guys, they work hard ( I mean very hard) and because of staff like DANNY people continue to return. HOWEVER the cleaner (a very important hotel staff) does not ... I don't know whether she's told to do rooms every 4 or 5 days or so or if she is supposed to do them more often, when u have to constantly ask for fresh towels and bedding then there must be an issue. The hotel is great great location for all decent pubs nearby, |The showers??. Even a slim person would find it hard to shower as they are sooo small, so if ur like me and carry a little more weight it's a rubbish experience to shower. |I have gone to this hotel for years now however I have to be true to myself and say my holiday is a lot more than just location , there are ways in which this hotel could turn around and be great however next year I will be looking elsewhere.... mainly for the reason that SPECIAL GUESTS (beer louts) get to stay up drinking and making noise to all ours in the morning sometimes 6am and it's not my thing... I'm not alone either as alot of regulars are looking into nearby places for next year..|I will always visit and say hi as I saidbthe boys work so hard and...
