We ate here twice in one day, for lunch and dinner. It was close to where we were staying.
Gor lunch I had the chicken ciabattia sandwich with fries, my husband had the steak and onion sandwich. They both came, but my husband said the his food was cold. They must have made his first and let it sit until they did mine. I said to him get them to warm it up, but didn't. As the bread would go hard if they reheat it. My food was nice and hot to eat.
He ate one side of the sandwich with the steak and onions.
I understand that all restaurants and people in Turkey are animal friendly, but for hygiene reasons I would prefer if they have a customer who comes in with two puppy dogs to keep them under control, (I.e on their lead) as one of them jumped up next to my plate to take my food. The owner of the puppies did apologise and the staff kept a watch by the door after the incident.
For dinner I had make your own pizza, I chose chicken, red onion and sweetcorn. It was very nice, my husband had the rock bass curry. The curry didn't come with any rice or bread, he said the food was hot but the bowl they put it in was cold. It is useful to warm the plates before putting hot food on a cold plate, otherwise the food doesn't stay hot. We shared a dessert of mango ganache with cold leaf, mango pieces and small meringue pieces on top. It was very nice, but neither of us like white chocolate, my husband ate most of it.
We paid approximately £39.58 & £22.55, this includes two cherry juices and...
Read moreWe walked for a while and we were thirsty, wanted to rest our legs and get out the sea wind for a while. We arrived and the young man who served was nice and made sure we got looked after immediately and once we were served he looked over and gave us a thumbs up to see if we were happy with our drinks. Also the drinks were nice too and no complaints there. My issues were with the girl on staff with the tattoo on her neck. We are on holiday so we are naturally happy and enjoying our day so I smiled at her as she looked annoyed at our presence, it was making both my wife and myself uncomfortable. She responded by just looking down her nose at us in disgust. I'm not sure why but If I was a betting man I'd say it was because we weren't locals but I'm not 100%. She continued to go around the place with her face tripping her and it's completely OK for someone to be having a bad day but she needs to be aware she upset us. If I was her boss I would of asked her to home and come back when she was in a better mood. We most definitely won't be back here and I'm sure she doesn't care but awareness is good and I would of loved to see a review like this before we went to prevent our happy mood being spoiled. In the end we didnt take this personally as we observed her serving others with no smile and no warmth. Apologies to the management and everyone else that works there but our visit spoiled our nice vibe...
Read moreRight outside their restaurant they have placed free sunbeds out for anyone who buys a drink. So me and my girlfriend brought a bottle of water each, which came to 7lira and he stopped us and basically had a fit saying why we hadn't spent over 10lira.. we weren't even at the beach long enough to drink that much, anyway he took the 10 lira note and cameback saying no change, so I obviously questioned him, as there is no sign saying spend more than 10lira... he went over the top for 3lira.. I wouldn't of minded letting him keep the whole damn lot, but it was his attitude.. he was a rude a*hole. He even went to the trouble saying "thank you don't comeback not very happy at all, people need to be aware of this guy and not go, there's a guy to the right of his sun beds, that's very welcoming and friendly who offers his pool and seats, for only a drink but is very down to earth, not scummy and greedy. Even the hotel staff who are Turkish said its 10 lira what's...
