PRINCESS KINLI SUITES HOTEL — Hotel in Marmaris

During our stay at this hotel we had the worst experience anyone could ever have. We have witnessed the following:||1. The Room is very small and difference that the picture posted in booking website. As the picture in the website show the room is big meanwhile in reality it is very small. There was no decent space to walk in the master bedroom toward the balcony as well as in the hall after putting the extra bed.||2. The suite mentioned to have 1 sofa bed in the living room which we expected it as a pull-out sofa to accommodate our 2 kids at sleeping time. We were shocked to find out that there is an additional foldable bed next to the sofa which refrain us from using the sofa for sitting purpose at day time , as well as leaving no access to walk in the room!||3. The extra foldable bed was broken, as anyone sit on it or even just put a hand pressure, it directly falls apart. My 5 years old child sat on it and it broke on him.||4. When we reach to the hotel there was no water in the room to drink! our kids were hungry and when we wanted to order from the Ad Menu at the bar, they informed us that they don’t have any food to serve and we have to go to restaurant outside the hotel to eat.||5. We were not allowed to take more than one key to the Suites (although our booking is for 3 adults and 1 child), and the reason as we were told that we not allowed to keep the key in the room as some old customer did the same and the room caught in fire.||6. There was a worker working on the main electrical units on the hotel right beside the main entrance door, wiring was open with no supervision, anyone could touch the wires and get injured.||7. The AC units for both living room and bedroom keep on closing when someone open the room door or balcony and they don’t open automatically after they are closed. So every time I go out for a smoke in the balcony or outside the room, my wife has to get up and open the AC manually for each room, and when I comeback I have to do...

Really lovely hotel with extremely friendly staff! Came there mid April when the season was only starting so at first it was quite quiet and empty. Had the whole pool to myself for the first week which I enjoyed 🥰 befriended Lulu (ginger tiny cat) who was a great company on my pool days 🥰||We had the bigger room that consisted of a bedroom and living room and it was perfect amount of space for 2. There was also a small kitchen in case you wanted to cook your food and plenty of cutlery, pots/pans, plates etc. The room was really clean and it was also cleaned daily. The cleaning ladies were very friendly and lovely too.||TV has Netflix and YouTube on it so makes a nice change when you want to watch something non Turkish. ||They also give you proper duvet which was a nice change as usually in hotels you only get those thin covers to sleep with.||They don’t serve food due to not many guests not choosing to eat there but you can order in, cook your own or go out so there’s no issue. I’d highly recommend Bahadırlıoğlu Gaziantep Lezzetleri for breakfast pastries which is just around the corner (behind the Ahu hospital) 5min walk.||The location is great, literally 10min (or 5min if you’re a fast walker) walk to the beach. Fairly quiet location so you don’t get much drunk people shouting around there which is always a plus. ||Honestly nothing to fault with this place. Loved it to bits and a huge thank you to Mitch who works there and made it such a comfortable environment. Pleasure leaving a review for this fantastic immaculate apartments. Beutifully located with amminties all around and a short walk to the beach. Shops, restraunt for breakfast lunch bar all on the same road. But even better on at the front of the building they have their own bar/restraunt. Nights are definitely quite and peaceful here. Customer service is second to none, Ebo absolutely fantastic accommodating to every need for me and my little kids. Yazir with his sense if humour and Illian all top professionals in this field delivering outstanding customer service. As a family with 3 small chilldren I was quickly accomadated on the ground floor with a fantastic view of the pool which lights up blue in the evening. This was used daily great pool for kids. Balconies are huge same legnth as the full apartment, everything listed is available in the apartment all applicances are like new if not brand new. Brightly lit rooms and the beds exceeded my expectations very comfortable. Second visit to Marmaris with kids the thrid visit will be back here without a doubt for us.
