Rooms were clean, breakfast was a little bit, simple location was decent had shop outside and a little strip 10 minutes away. Didn’t know how to access pool and no nearby accessible beach. The main issue me and my fiancé had, we had our engagement ring stolen from our room, we reached out on WhatsApp they said they would check the room for the ring. I messaged back two days later as they said they would look straight away and they gave me no reply so I messaged them again another two days after and they finally replied saying they couldn’t find the ring, they said they told one of their workers to look for the ring but couldn’t find it which was understandable, but I was slightly annoyed they kept ignoring me so kindly enough they said that himself would go and have a look for me. Not to my surprise they didn’t message me back with any updates for over a week, until I messaged them again and they kept not taking responsibility for one of it’s staff members stealing my fiancés engagement ring and saying ‘are you sure you lost it here’ when without a doubt the ring was on the floor under the bed I saw it with my own eyes. Other then the ring being stolen the hotel was good staff seemed good, don’t want to make it seem like one bad apple made them all rotten. If you planning on staying here make sure you put all valuable possessions inside a safe if you need request one, don’t leave anything valuable...

Please be aware and check the all the information before booking this hotel. They have mentioned breakfast included and while you are there time of breakfast literally they will inform you to sit and they are gonna provide you authentic Turkish breakfast where you will have very limited choices as a international tourist. Eventhos this is we can tell fair we can respect with their terms on it, unfortunately I have faced such a worst scenario during breakfast time where I have requested a omelette and staff told me that we have to pay extra 40lira on it. I was bit surprised since I'm here in turkey almost 10 days and whatever hotel I reserved including no one put a terms and conditions on their breakfast this is first time as a international tourist in hotel I faced this issue.

Finally after checking with reception they have provided the omlette but this can be happen upcoming my stays here as well, each and Everytime I should request them to provide omlette as it is included in entire international hotel breakfast. I don't blame staffs but whoever run this management they have to really lookinto it. Overall I don't have any complaint with the room or location. The hotel is very close nearby from restaurants and shopping center. The rooms are very clean and beds are very comfortable. You will enjoy the big Breakfast and it is very delicious. It’s located just behind beachway. You can see the sea from 3rd or 4th floor. There is a swimming pool and hotel has own private parking which I find very important. They have also own transport in case you need. Wifi Internet is fast enough. All hotel stuff are very friendly and helpful. They make you feel at home. Reception stuff provide assistance if you need any issue or help like laundry, post, ordering food etc.. and speak multiple languages English, Russian etc..They are very quick to resolve .. I always enjoyed staying in this hotel. My first stay in Antalya was 4-5 years ago in this hotel and I keep coming to same hotel with my family. Probably best price in this area per night, price and quality 10/10. I highly recommend this hotel and thank you again to all Hotel staff and Mr....
