Stay was not very good and it looks like my previous review has been removed for no reason. The place has a 24 hour bar and they let guests stay up the whole night making noise meaning it's impossible to get any sleep. Some responses they've put in reply to such feedback on Trip Advisor, such as requesting a quieter room is laughable as the hotel description says all rooms are fully soundproofed. Spoiler alert - they are not!

We did get moved to the only other room available and it was next to the kitchen. Fair enough you expect some noise, but staff shouted at the tops of their voices for the whole time so they had no consideration for guests on that particular corridor and it is behaviour that is wholly avoidable.

Worse still is that many facilities such as the private beach, free towels and cabanas didn’t exist and it was a public paid beach nearby. Please don’t believe the description of facilities on websites for this place, as they are very misleading. Upon leaving and complaining again about they said that you can’t send drunk English people to bed, so all pretty dismissive. They contacted me regarding my one star review and said it was unfair. I think paying abut £450 and having no sleep (the whole purpose of a hotel stay!) is fair so I stand by it.

I am so happy staying here in hotel. Very good service, food is amazing and everything. Rooms are smaller but very clean and accommodation. Can’t believe how they are welcoming people . Very mellow and always smile on their faces. They help me with small things I needed even though it’s not required but they are willing to help with many things since I’m visiting on my vacation. Great country and very safe place perfect.
