Disappoimtment and resentment at Hilton Hotel Maslak.

Arrived at 1 a clock in the evening for a one week business stay. The checkin took 40 minutes, with little to no other guests around and 2 receptionist. First double checking with dales the company rate, this form, that form, charge the card, credit so charge again for the whole stay, give deposit money, no other currency accepted than TL or EUR.... Finally got to the room, after some weird angry bare feeted guy tried to pick a fight with recsption and me at the lobby, and they told him to go away 1, and he just stood there and starred at me while checking in. The room that they had all day to prepare: Dust on cupboards, on the tv, on the desk, when I opened the suitcase dust cloud lifted frpm the carpet. Still trash in the bin from other guests. Bathroom had issues too, stains etc. Next morning tried the breakfast, all the food and coffee are GUARDED by glass windows and staff for "safety" "covid" reasons. If you tell them you want 5 slices of cheese, they pretend they dont speak English and give you 2. Even if you show 5 with your hand. Food quality is avarege, and little selection. Gym is good, equipment is fine and reasonable for a hotel. The spa and the staff there was atrocious. When I went there in the evening I had to buy a swimming cap, with 1cm of hair. Not given a flip flop or any footwear, no robe, no towels, nothing, told me to go change there and go swim. Changed to a swimming trunk (like the swimmers use, 2/3) and went to the swimming pool, 2 workers at the Vitamin bar started to make fun of me in Turkish, not sure exactly why, did not wear a clown make up, just the swimming shorts as I planned to swim.... The whole atmosphere, and the staff made me uneasy, and did not want to stay there. Like I'm an intruder in their space, and they kept laughing while looking at me, only going quiet when I looked at them. I was the only person in there at 22:00 Clock.... I left the "relaxing" spa and gave back the swimming cap, unopened, to a lady staff, after standing in front of the reception table for 30-40 seconds because she was typing on her phone. Did not want to refund the price for the cap, as I'll use it later, when I did not leave and his superior came around she changed tone and called reception to not charge. I assume. I spent around 3 hours in the hotel after 3 days when I was not sleeping, and the experience was worse than a Holiday Inn in Kosovo. Recommend everyone to not come here, and every company to not send thwir colleagues here as they will quit there job if they forced to stay in this hostel.

I recently stayed at Hilton Istanbul Maslak with my family, and our experience was truly wonderful thanks to the amazing team who went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

Ilker at breakfast – what a guy! I didn’t even need to ask — he would bring my family fresh juice and always made sure we had everything we needed. His excellent service and genuine care really made our mornings special. He’s an absolute asset to Hilton and a big reason why I’ll remember this stay so positively.

Taylan in Guest Relations was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and taking time for a lovely conversation. He resolved my queries quickly and left a great impression with his professionalism and friendliness.

Nilay at check-out was also fantastic — warm, caring, and made sure everything went smoothly.

In the spa, Battak was amazing! He even helped my daughter with her float and was always smiling and attentive — truly an asset to the spa team. Erjul was very welcoming, and Neslihan was also great.

In the Executive Lounge, Ismail and Suleyman stood out with their kindness and helpfulness. Ismail especially — always smiling and ready to help — what a guy!

Overall, it was the staff who made this stay exceptional. Thank you to the entire Hilton Maslak team for such warm...

Our stay was such a disappointment. We chose our room online before arrival, but that didn't matter; they gave us a different room. The receptionist gave us faulty cards that didn't work twice, and changed our room. when we asked about the deposit they literally said "if nothing happens to the room you get your money back." Rude. On the third time they managed to put us into a room. Some of the staff was friendly and seemed hard at work, like the lady who brought us fresh towels upon our request and the staff out in the front who helped us get a taxi. We were also harassed in the morning to check out, starting at 9 AM. Someone just barged in asking if we want water which was uncool. I got kinda sick on my vacation here and was trying to rest until 11AM, knowing the checkout time is 12. I was not allowed to do that. Positives: dining at their restaurant. The staff was attentive, food was good quality and the restaurant manager was a hardworking friendly man. And after we checked out a lady reached out and asked about our experience and properly explained everything that the hotel staff failed to explain and said sorry for their behalf which was nice but didn't really change our experience unfortunately. Overall not a very hilton-esque experience, do not recommend...

I spent 10 days there with a group. The room was great, the bed was comfortable and wide. The bathroom was big and we'll equipped. There was a kitchenette with (capsule) coffee maker, tea. We were isolated for 3 days, and the TV didn't really had useful channels. So it's better if you have a laptop. The WiFi worked fine. The staff was kind. The problem of the Hotel is the breakfast. Even though they new from the first day that we want to eat early, we continuously faced difficulties. Most of the time it was slow, and the kitchen crew mixed the orders. The gym is okay, and the jacuzzi as well. Even though my room was paid in advance, they needed a deposit, which they took from one of my bank cards. It's important to inform them about departure, because they only refund the money than, regardless of the fact that they promise to do it after one week. I will try to find another hotel next time. I am convinced, for this price, I can get better service at breakfast.

I stayed at the Hilton Istanbul Maslak between April 2nd and 4th, 2025, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The hotel is in a prime location—easily accessible from the airport and just a short walk from the metro station. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and the hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle service to Istinye Park, one of the best shopping malls in the city. From check-in to check-out, the service was exceptional. I stayed in a Junior Suite, which was in perfect condition, featuring a spacious living room and high-quality amenities, including premium bathroom products. Breakfast was a real highlight—a rich selection paired with live music made it a memorable dining experience. The Executive Lounge with its Bosphorus view is another standout feature. This is my go-to hotel for most of my visits to Istanbul. Consistently excellent and highly recommended.

Visited in January with colleagues. We selected this hotel due to its proximity to our offices, note it is not central to the city - about an hour drive if you fancy the trip. This is an impressive hotel. It features a karate restaurant, bar and working lounge area, along with a jewellery shop! This is a very secure hotel, with 24/7 security checks both approaching by vehicle and moving into the lobby. The rooms are very comfortable, mine featured twin double beds, a large shower and bathtub. There is a spa onsite, however be warned; if you want to swim you’ll need a swimming hat! Breakfast is full of local cuisine, alongside some international options. We ate here for dinner once and the food was very tasty, albeit on a higher than average price point. Overall, I’d definitely recommend if staying in the area and will return when next in the city.
