This review is not specifically for this branch of espressolab, but in general: A week ago, I wanted to get coffee with my accumulated coins, but they said they cannot accept that as of that time. I was kind of bummed and decided to write a sort of report on their app to inform them. After 2 hours they called me in person and were kind enough to notice my message there and tried to solve the issue for me :) Just wanted to thank them for their great customer service, it's good to be valued as a customer because i really am their loyal customer 😅

Kahveler ortalama denilebilecek lezzette . Kahveden çok çıkardıkları tatlılar başarılı. Çikolatalı kek, muzlu bisküvili sütlü tatlısı ve diğer bir çok tatlısı lezzetli. Şimdilerde İzmir Bomba adındaki tatlıyı satıyorlar kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Ortam oldukça güzel çok sayıda oturma alanı var. Itü zaten yemyeşil kahvenizi alıp çimenlerde bile oturabilirsiniz. Genellikle öğrenciler burada. Bazen önünde frisbee oynayanlar var ki harika. Kahveler daha güzel olabilir ayrıca servis ederken kutu bardak kapağını takarak kapalı bir şekilde servis etmeliler bence.

Günün her saati yoğun olan mekan, ders aralarında mola vermek veya ders çalışmak için sıkça tercih ediliyor. Ancak, markanın diğer şubelerine kıyasla kahvelerin hazırlanmasında aynı özenin gösterilmediği, lezzet standardının bir miktar geride kaldığı hissediliyor. Kampüs içindeki konumu büyük bir avantaj olsa da, kahve lezzetinde markanın genel standardını arayanlar için beklentiyi tam olarak karşılamayabilir.

a nice coffee shop inside ITU campus. They have a new app now, you can buy 1 free coffee if you use it, and the shop is open after 9 am. in week days. I suggest the shop for a double espresso ristretto which is my favourite in...
