Our family spent a week at The Venetian on Grace Bay in early August, and the experience was extraordinary in every sense. The property is immaculate—spacious suites with stunning ocean views, beautifully furnished living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and screened-in porches that became our favorite spot to take in the sea breeze. With conveniences like in-suite laundry, a well-stocked kitchen, and thoughtful touches provided daily, traveling as a family felt effortless without compromising on luxury. The resort truly had it all: a serene pool, tennis courts, a fitness center, and bicycles for exploring the island—all just steps from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.||As wonderful as the setting was, what made our stay truly unforgettable was the service. Adrian Gibson delivered a level of attentiveness and care that is rare, if not altogether unmatched. From the very first day, Adrian went far beyond what one might expect—anticipating needs before we even voiced them, offering personalized recommendations, and checking in with a genuine warmth that made us feel not just welcomed, but cared for. His guidance and support allowed us to fully relax, confident that every detail of our vacation was thoughtfully managed. Adrian’s attentiveness transformed what could have been simply a luxurious vacation into an experience filled with joy, ease, and connection.||The entire staff at The Venetian also deserves special recognition. Every interaction—whether with housekeeping, the front desk, or the team by the pool—was marked by professionalism, kindness, and a sincere desire to make our stay perfect. It was clear to us that Adrian’s leadership and commitment to excellence are reflected throughout the team, whose pride in their work elevated our experience every single day.||We left The Venetian with immense gratitude and memories we will treasure for years to come. For those seeking more than just a beautiful resort—those who value impeccable amenities paired with a rare, personal touch—The Venetian on Grace Bay is truly...
Read moreWe were breathless when we arrived. You couldn't have dreamed of a better place. It was our first time to Turks and Caicos and we we will definitely be back. Coleen was there to greet us personally and show us around. We had a 2 bedroom end unit on the second floor and the ocean was right out the back screened patio when we entered the condo. |The kitchen had everything you needed just like home. The island in the kitchen was huge. All appliances were up to date.|8 person dining room table inside and 8 person table on the screened patio to eat. It had a full bath in the 2 bedrooms and a powder room. There was a corner soaking tub in the master with a big walk in shower and a frameless heavy glass shower door. |We rented a Jeep so the options were endless. The beach was right there in a few steps. The lounge chairs and umbrellas were all set and cleaned by sunrise every day. There are only 28 units and there are more lounge chairs than tenants so you never had to be the first one to the beach to get a chair. It is the last hotel on that end of the beach so there is little foot traffic. The hotels next door had the bars and restaurants so we just walked a few steps on the beach to get there. The pool in the middle of the hotel property is big as you can see on the website so you could chill there instead of the beach. |Everybody that works there had a smile and couldn't do enough for us. Our room was spotless everyday. They told us about the places where the locals go which was great. We never had a bad meal.|I could go on and on. There isn't one thing I could complain about. We walked across the street to the top rated golf course one day.|Don't compare this to another hotel room, it's...
Read moreIf this is not heaven, I don't know what it is. Staff is welcoming and friendly, and the house cat is adorable too. We had a little incident one morning and the manager dealt with grace and understanding. The suites are larger than I expected - even kinda feeling empty for just 2 of us. Fully equipped with a kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, a larger-than-life balcony, and a 3rd bathroom. I should have brought less clothes if I knew washing and drying clothes is this convenient. 10/10
The restaurant next door is very close by and they serve delicious foods! We normally just buy groceries nearby and cook at home. Cooking feels less like a chore with the million dollar view.
If I have to criticize something, it's that opening the door lock is a little tricky; it took me a few tries. Make sure to try both keys and find the one that works the best.
Avoid sitting by the pool in the evening as the mosquitoes are vicious; I paid the price for petting the cat at night....
