I hired Chef Matt for dinner to celebrate my birthday with 7 of my friends. From the initial contact with him via email until the evening of the dinner, Chef Matthew was so accommodating and quickly responsive to my many questions. Now, as for his food and service, both were excellent! He and his assistant were punctual and so pleasant. The food was delicious! Everything was so good. The favors, seasonings, and fresh ingredients were tasted in every bite. And as a lover of sweets,the desserts were amazing! We recently hired Chef Matt for a large group, traveling for 4 days in Turks and Caicos. Matt was amazing! He not only created delicious food, he was also timely, organized and would go over the top to make our entire vacation incredible.
