Service was absolutely terrible all the waitresses haven’t attitude. The male bartenders are so nice so due to the multiple attitudes the waitresses for three days straight. I decide to just do it to go order for dinner so I don’t have to interact with any of them. The order specifically said no an add-on with the pasta to begin with, but I she asked me if I want chicken I said no chicken, I am vegetarian then she brings the check out. I see that I’m being charged for chicken $10. I said I never asked for chicken then she told me it comes with it. I pulled up the menu, not asked for chicken automatically. It’s an option to add she starts off with an attitude, print another receipt, as she gives me the receipt, she mentioned she’ll get me a new Caesar salad because my was sitting there for a very long time which I never even complained about the salad so I thought she was just making it complimentary and my bill was lower but I just paid it because I was so overwhelmed with the attitude she asked for my receipt to her so I did and she said OK so I went back to my hotel I get there. I got a phone call asking me to come back and pay for the rest of my food there to help me. Maybe it’ll make it better and her discuss it over 10 minutes. This is a simple pasta and Caesar salad is $41 and it shows that I’m being charged for Cesar salad and a pasta. Well I said what about the $21 I was just charged and keep in mind that I was charged gratuity so the manager proceeds to tell me no this is the total cost with the $21 taken off her and I debate this for about 10 minutes basic math here you do $41 which was the actual total I should’ve been charged , and you said 2196 other girl pipes up and tries to tell me that the 2196 was never charged so I said yes it was because my bank notifies me immediately. I show her that of course she has nothing to say. gets frustrated and afterwards I tried to tell her exactly I’m paying this amount that is correct but it took 20 minutes to get to the simple amount and you were trying to tell me that I should pay $41 when I was already charged incorrectly for the $21 horrible absolutely horrible service it’s unfortunate that is the only restaurant on the resorts so keep in mind ladies if you go the females will have a direct attitude towards you for absolutely no reason and check your bill. I was also charged another gratuity that was included with that $19 so yeah that’s very...

His menu is extremely varied, and we have found everything on it is outstanding. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
In addition, Peter has created a separate menu with numerous offerings for the bar area. Both areas have relaxed seating next to the beautiful swimming pool and the ambiance of the Caribbean. The bar even has a happy hour beginning at 5 p.m. everyday with half off on ALL drinks, which is extremely unusual in the island.
But our favorite is the lobster buffet with outdoor grilling. It is absolutely fabulous, and is the only lobster buffet on the island. You start out with a Caesar's salad, mixed vegetables, rice, potatoes, and corn on the cob. Then, as many lobster tails and shrimp as you can eat, along with lobster or shrimp pasta. You can also have as much conch, fish, jerk chicken, or steak as you want. But to me, the lobster, grilled in front of you on the grill, is absolutely superb!
And, it is wonderfully priced. A lobster tail at the grocery store is about $25. If you get two or more grilled lobster tails at the buffet, you have more than paid for your entire meal!
One of the nicest things is that no one ever questions you if you want to go back two, three, or even four times. The staff is always friendly and keeps asking you if you want more. This is why we give the restaurant a 5-star rating.
My compliments to Peter and his staff. We thoroughly enjoy every meal we have at Pelican Bay, and we strongly recommend you try it for yourself.

The staff at Pelican Bay Restaurant were friendly and accommodating, though we did notice that the dinner à la carte dishes took a bit longer to arrive. However, the wait was worth it as the flavors and presentation were on point.
One memorable evening, we had the opportunity to experience the outside grill, and it was truly amazing. The chefs prepared our orders right in front of us, ensuring that everything was fresh and made to order. The sizzling aromas and delicious taste of the grilled dishes made for a delightful dining experience.
The conch fritters at Pelican Bay Restaurant were an absolute favorite of ours. They were perfectly cooked and served as a fantastic appetizer at any time of the day. The crispy exterior and flavorful interior left us wanting more with each bite.
