Absolutely terrible experience.||Incompetent worker charged me WAY more than it should have to, the check I received didn't make ANY logical sense whatsoever, to say the least, as he made the bill up randomly and nonchalantly by calculating things in a way that was utterly unfavorable for me as a client, including charging me for things I didn't order or manipulate the order in a way that doubles the price of every ingredient.||To add insult to injury, and to his unprofessional behavior, his individual person-to-person attitude was reprehensibly rude, unpleasant, and inappropriate. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, he wasted 15 minutes of my time, only to come up with another bill that is MORE expensive!!!! How ridicilous is that?||Lying deceitfully and acting arrogantly, this worker is responsible for me never visit again at Frapoli, not with this attitude.||Lastly, I would like to emphasize its inability to control his emotions when client tells him the truth, and his unwillingness to bear responsibility for his mistakes, among his inappropriate behaviors I would mention facial expressions exhibiting neglicence and carelessness, rude and impolite tonality, aggressiveness towards clients, playing psycholgical warfare with your mind and let you wait only to give you more a expensive bill.||This behavior is unacceptable, and was instantaneously reported to the manager.||I hope some justice will be brought and someone will put this worker in its place.||Disguating behavior, really.||Luckily, his manager was more polite, logical and professional, and provided me with a proper bill after much sweat blood and tears, so to say, of...

Breakfast not so rich, very small choice.
But the main reason that I give two stars is the problem with air condition. It was not working. Receptionist was very Lost in the situation. First she said its working for sure. Im not stupid and I know when something it’s working, when not. Then she said that someone will fix it tomorrow. (Tomorrow we were already leaving the hotel).After my next intervention she came to the room and said that it’s not working because her boss turn it off. So Why you write in your offer that rooms are air-conditioned??? The room was very hot. Im very interested which time receptionist was lying to me. She didn’t fix it and didn’t offer any compensation for us, or another room, or anything... shame for the hotel. It’s not european standard in my opinion. You should do everything that your guest will leave the hotel satisfied. In this situation you didn’t make absolutely anything to appease the situation.
