London — Hotel in Odesa Urban Hromada

I stayed at the hotel for 5 weeks. Excellent location in the old town, right next to Ivan Franko's monument. Spacious room full of light (facing a park) at the 3rd floor. There is also a meeting room and conference room at the place, which I was able to use for no additional fee. Daily room service. All the staff is very friendly and helpful despite the current tough situation in the country, always smiling and willing to help out with directions, random requests, storage of goods, etc. The breakfast menu included in the room price is varied (veggies, salads, lunch meat, eggs, juices, cereals, milk, coffee...). The hotel also runs a fairly priced lunch/dinner restaurant (try their excellent pork specialties!). |The hotel could benefit from additional natural light and higher toilet flush pressure. This is a wonderful hotel. It is in a superb location, and has comfortable rooms. (I stayed in a room with an external balcony).

What really makes this hotel in Odessa outshine many others, is the attentiveness and kindness of the staff working here. They have made my stay here so-much more enjoyable and warm than it would-have otherwise been! Thank-You, Hotel "London"!

Stayed here for a week on business. Excellent location for my work. All my appointments were in walking distance. The hotel was clean and my room modern. Wi-fi was excellent. I was able to exchange media files without any hassle. TV had no English stations so I was able to stream news and entertainment through my computer. Front of house staff were for the most part very helpful and spoke good English. The breakfast buffet was massive with a wide selection.
