My Experience at Bliss Square Hotel

First of all, I would like to appreciate the reception team — the management and staff there are very friendly and welcoming. However, the main problem I faced during my stay was on the M floor, where a group of people regularly gathers every Sunday for prayers. Unfortunately, they play loud speakers during their activities, which caused a lot of disturbance.

Since I was staying on the first floor, the noise was extremely disruptive, and it left me very disappointed. Because of this, I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel unless this issue is addressed.

There workers are rude and disrespectful, could you imagine one of there staff was knocking on my door because I had a visitor he stopped knocking and opened my room door with a master key, I was in the room stand with my towel, was so mad even my visitor said it not safe here.. how can you open my door without my permission not like I am owing rent or any money bill… just because you want my friend / visitor out, that so low of the management and staff, cause it obvious that if no one is not in the room they could enter only God...

Terrible, terrible and terrible! Dirty stinky hole! Please don’t book a room! The whole place stinks including the rooms, dirty and smelly sheets, worts bathrooms I have ever seen in my life!
