Marriott Executive Apartments Al Jaddaf, Dubai — Hotel in Dubai

I have been a loyal guest of this hotel and always appreciated its exceptional service, but my recent experience was far below expectations. The service quality has significantly declined, and this seems to coincide with changes in staff.

Valet Parking Issues: The apartments no longer offer direct valet parking. Guests are required to drop their luggage, then drive their car 10 meters to the hotel entrance to collect a parking ticket. This inconvenient arrangement is frustrating and unworthy of a hotel claiming to offer luxury experiences.

Delayed Car Retrieval: After handing my valet ticket to a staff member, he kept my ticket with him for nearly 10 minutes before my car was even requested. This inefficiency is disappointing and shows a lack of attention to guest needs.

Unprofessional Laundry Service: A staff member delivered my laundry to my room and requested immediate payment. When I asked him to wait while I retrieved my credit card, I returned to find him holding the door open with his leg instead of waiting respectfully outside. This behavior was intrusive and disrespectful, leaving me uncomfortable in my own space, as it felt like the staff did not trust me to return promptly with my payment.

Unacceptable Housekeeping Incident: I am extremely disappointed by the behavior of the housekeeping staff during my stay. On 10th Jan @19:08pm, the housekeeping staff opened the door and entered my appartment without permission while my family and I were inside. This breach of privacy is completely unacceptable, especially in a hotel that claims to offer a premium guest experience.

Respecting guest privacy is a fundamental part of hospitality, and this incident left us feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. I strongly urge management to address this serious issue and ensure that staff are properly trained to uphold the standards of professionalism and respect for guest privacy.

It is clear that the hotel has prioritized cost-cutting over maintaining service quality by hiring cheaper, less experienced labor. While this may reduce expenses, it has led to a noticeable drop in professionalism and guest satisfaction. I strongly recommend that management invest in hiring qualified and well-trained staff who understand the importance of providing a premium guest experience.

I hope the management addresses these concerns promptly to restore the high standards that once defined this property.

Hello! I along with 4 other family members had recently visited Dubai and stayed at Marriott executed apartments in a 3 bedroom apartment. This is the best hotel we have ever stayed by far !!! My father, my son and my nephews absolutely enjoyed each and every minute of their stay. We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and from beginning to the end everything was amazing. We had an awesome reception, each and every member of the team made us feel welcome, very well looked after. Michael during check in / reception is the most professional, courteous gentleman I saw. He is very informative. I wish I had known the names of each and every member but trust me everyone was very helpful at the front lobby. Amazing concierge team. Patrick and Nilen are very professional, courteous and informative . Patrick, Nilen and Merriam helped me formulate a plan for 4 days travel in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. They helped us rent a vehicle to drive, helped us for an amazing experience for a safari tour. The apartment rooms were very clean, spacious and well-kept. The perfect place for a family to get together. Restaurant staff is simply amazing. Food , breakfast, dinner and coffee shops are simply outstanding. I wish I had known everybody's name at the restaurant. I got to know many amazing people/staff over 4 days. However I cannot remember their name but kudos to each and every one for working so hard in the kitchen to reception. I could see the passion, dedication of the entire hotel staff during our stay. The salon shop and convenience shop were the best shops to have in this hotel. They have very amazing staff. Special kudos to Mr. Younis and his team. I can go on and on and on.. Praising about this beautiful hotel and staff. I will stay at the same location if I visit Dubai again. I have already informed many of my colleagues and family members about my wonderful stay here.
