We had the pleasure of experiencing the Sea to Table dinner at Marriott Al Jaddaf, and it was an exceptional culinary journey. The impressive ice display showcased an incredible variety of fresh seafood, including seabream, seabass, lobster, crab, calamari, prawns, and more—perfect for seafood connoisseurs seeking quality and freshness. Choosing the seabass fillets, we enjoyed them alongside a diverse selection of sides, including a plentiful salad bar featuring traditional tabbouleh, hummus, Cajun potato salad, moussaka, calamari salad with sweet chili sauce, Lubya bel zeit, and other delicious options. The seafood buffet also featured an array of fresh sushi, maki, and sashimi, appealing to sushi lovers. One of the live stations offered expertly deep-fried calamari and prawns, delivering crispy, flavorful bites that complemented our meal perfectly. The cheese and charcuterie section was well-curated, offering a variety of premium cheeses and cold cuts to suit every palate. For heartier options, a mini station served flavorful dishes such as baked fish, seafood paella, biryani, baked pasta, and steamed vegetables—ensuring there's something for everyone. A dedicated server brought out freshly shucked oysters to our table, prepared exactly as we liked for a truly personalized experience. The Arabic station featured regional specialties like shrimp harra, smoked rice, and lamb tagine, adding authentic flavors to the seafood feast. The dessert spread was equally impressive, with indulgent treats like lotus tiramisu, coconut panna cotta, figs pavlova, New York cheesecake, walnut brownies, sticky date pudding, Um Ali, and a selection of fresh ice cream—perfect for ending the meal on a sweet note. Marriott Al Jaddaf offers flexible dining packages, including soft drinks, refreshing grape juice, and other non-alcoholic beverages, making it ideal for families and those seeking a sophisticated yet alcohol-free dining experience. If you're a seafood lover or seeking a luxurious buffet experience in Dubai, the Sea to Table dinner at Marriott Al Jaddaf is an unmissable culinary adventure. Don’t miss out on this top-rated seafood buffet that promises freshness, variety, and exceptional service—all in a stunning setting.

We had a great stay at Marriott al Jaddaf and the staff were instrumental in the success of this trip. We felt very welcome , greeted by a discreet presence by valuable door staff like Jeffrey and Hannif during the day, nothing was too much to ask ,they were pleasant evertime with a smile whenever we went back and forth from the hotel. The breakfast is unbelievable I think I have never seen that many choices, fit for a king. The Staff always on the lookout for whatever we needed. Pastry's at the restaurant were good . And Hindra at the spa gave me the best massage I ever had in my life she found all my knots she is very talented . In terms of location we were about 20 mins aways from most attractions and 30min to the palm. Please note that the pool isn't big but it has kid pools and a jacuzzi which worked fine, we didn't have trouble to find sunbeds, towels were provided. The pool guy was very nice and the bar staff were great too with plenty of choices to eat whenever hungry. They also have a small soft play area for small kids toddlers and babies. The gym is great. We didn't feel any pressure to tips by any members of the staff which was nice and we felt they provided a great service . Don't forget to tips its nice to reward because they do go they extra miles for a pleasant experience. Japanese restaurant on site , doesn't belong to the hotel but tasted good and a hairdresser and mini market very useful whenever I needed to get my hair done count about 40 pounds for a wash and blow dry. They do makeup as well. Mini market had good prices for snacks. Room for improvement Air con vent really need to be cleaned thoroughly as we had two rooms one room was fine but the other needed to be cleaned as I kept sneezing and I asked for it to be cleaned which was done by the staff and i didn't have problems afterwards. The pastry at the lounge café just before the restaurant, the macaron didn't taste nice I think the fried rice and some of the seafood tasted bland at the restaurant. The baby changing area is not good for this type of hotel , there should be a dedicated area in the lobby, currently it is a small changing table in the toilet.

This hotel is FABULOUS and my time and stay was fantastic DUE to the staff and the exceptional service provided !! So I’m going to give credit where it is due and name the people that have made my stay and sometimes get left behind in reviews and a hotel is only as good as their staff so here goes! For the staff here Nothing was too much trouble, from check in to check out the guys at marriot went above and beyond, Varshini the front desk manager was amazing, so helpful and gracious and even though there was a slight miscommunication between the booking site we used and the hotel, from then on the experience just got better and better, Sayan, Ali both of these front desk guys were so polite and kind and even had patience for my midnight ice cravings and had delivered buckets full of ice to my room! The buffet breakfast and lunch was soo well managed by Mohammad Shoaib Rana he was so kind and helpful and catered to our no bones request ever so well with a specially made fresh chicken salad, the barista karan was soo patient and polite despite handling what seemed like nearly 30/40 coffee and drink orders still managed to serve me with a smile and was very attentive! Rana Taysir was a hostess from F&B helping covering a very busy buffet and was able to provide me such lovely service with a smile and was so gracious. Waseem the concierge was brilliant and gave us some lovely tips of local restaurants and the area we honestly were so grateful as we wouldn’t have navigated as good without him Lastly Ajay K.C , ravneesh host/waiters in the dinner very attentive polite and nothing was too much trouble, Overall the service by the staff at marriot al jaddaf was superb and spectacular and truly lived up to the five star label it is by far the best establishment I’ve come across so far and I’m soo glad I came because I will love to come again going forward for my trips to Dubai. The named staff need commending and I Made sure I took their names so that they know how welcome and looked after they made us feel you guys are amazing!!! Lots of love Mr & Mrs Asghar Room 408

This was actually the worst Marriott experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this to anyone. I always stay with Marriott however this time I was very disappointed with everything during my stay. I will elaborate on all the points: Point 1: We initially planned to stay for 4 nights but then we needed to extend our stay and I called to ask whether we can at 12pm the day before check out so I can get enough time to look for something else if the room is not available. I was transferred to the hotel reception where I was told they will confirm and get back to me ASAP. After 6pm I still did not hear anything so called again but they kept on saying to me they will get back to me where I told them I need confirmation now as I don’t have a place to stay the next day if they say no. I was clearly worried as I had my family with me (my wife and 8 month old baby). Everytime I called I would never get an answer and the time came to be 11pm where I got very frustrated. At this time I looked at the Marriott App and I could see it was available however the hotel reception would not confirm this to me. I booked it eventually through the Marriott App as I could not wait for any longer as I been waiting for like 11 hours. I then phoned the hotel reception and told them I have just booked a room through the app and if they can just combine my stay so I don’t need to leave the room I was already in which they did. After all this, the lady I have been waiting for 11 hours called my room and she had the cheek to say to me on the phone that I see you made the booking next day and she just completely forgot about it and forgot to do anything about it. This in my view, is very unprofessional and it really angered me. Because of you forgetting I would have had no where to stay the next day if I did not check the Marriott App and kept on waiting and following up for her response. This has really disappointed me on how I was treated and I would not expect this from a brand like Marriott. Point 2: The App shows various restaurants in the hotel however it seems there is only 2 and they are where we have breakfast in the morning and the other is the Japanese restaurant. Everytime I ask about the other restaurant no one has any information. There is very limited food choice for someone that is vegetarian in the menu for room service and the Japanese restaurant. Point 3: Baby Seats seems like its never been cleaned everytime we used it we had to clean...

I had a stay at the hotel and apartments for my first visit to Dubai. This was apart of a travel group and this was our hotel. Our flight got changed and we ended up having to stay 2 days over our first reservation and I also booked the 1 bedroom apartment for 2 days.

The hotel is about 5-10 minutes from Downtown Dubai and has shuttle service to Dubai Mall, Ker Beach and other attractions around the area. The only drawback is the shuttle does not run like every hour which I would hope they could change in the future.

The lobby area is very open and inviting and the double staircase is great for taking selfies and group photos.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Always have a smile in their voice because of covid they were wearing masks.

The restaurants at the hotel are of good quality and variety.

The roof top bar, The 8th Floor is amazing! We spent most of our nights up there having drinks and a hookah. The pool is beautiful and has an amazing view of Downtown and the Burj Khalfia.

The staff at the rooftop bar were really nice and they worked well with our large group (15-20 ) every night. We shut it down every night at 3:30am. LOL

The entrance is a little hard to find and I think better sinage would be helpful.

The drink and food menu at The 8th Floor was good as well as the hookah selection.

My first room was a double bed single room and it was beautiful. Suken tub and walk in shower was great. The area with the toliet was kinda tight because they had a glass wall really close to the toliet to give privacy. That would be my only negative about the room. The room has a large closet, Nice big flat screen tv, plenty of storage space and a mini fridge. Coffee/tea maker. It also has a iron with a full size ironing board in the room.

The one bedroom apartment was just that! It had a separate living area with a nice table, huge cough and nice lounge chair. Big flat screen tv in both the living room and bedroom which had a king size bed.

They had a powder room and the full bath was in the bedroom.

Full size kitchen with fridge, and everything needed to cook with. Full size dishwasher and a combo washer and dryer (what!!!!!)

The apartments are in a separate tower than the regular rooms and they have amazing views from the living and bedrooms.

I am planning another trip back next year and will be staying in...

We stayed at this property for three nights after staying 5 nights downtown. It’s definitely in a more quiet area and is surrounded by a decent amount of construction, but still close enough to the city center, mall, and attractions. They offer a shuttle (times are rather limited) that will take you to the mall and airport, which helps.

The hotel is a sizable, full service property - a little dated as far as decor and furnishings, but otherwise very nice. I am a Platinum member so I was able to receive access to the executive lounge for breakfast and cocktail hour. The meals here were very well put together and the staff who served us were all excellent. Special shoutout to Renique, one of the chefs who made sure we were well looked after in the lounge. She was very warm and friendly to us. The Food there was served hot, fresh and very delicious. Making use of this provision did very much to enhance our stay. Thank you Cham as well for making us feel welcome and ensuring we had everything we needed.

Our suite was quite large and ample enough for two adults to share and still have their own space. Housekeeping was thorough and attentive. The sundries shop in the lobby was super convenient and made it so we did not have to leave the hotel (to buy miscellaneous items like a phone charger and toothpaste).

Pool and fitness area were clean and well kept. They also have a spa, but we did not have the opportunity to book a service here.

Everyone we encountered from Concierge to Reception staff was courteous and always eager to help us. I would definitely recommend this property to those who does not need or want the extreme bustle of downtown, but still prefer nice accommodations where one will be well looked after.

My only complaint (which is admittedly nitpicky) is that there was only one USB port in the room. We could’ve used one more to help with charging multiple devices, but this is a first world problem that we adapted to easily enough. The other thing is that our keys stopped working each day (sometimes multiple times per day) which necessitated a trip to the front desk each time for reprogramming. Very aggravating, but not much could be done about it.

Other than that, we wholeheartedly thank Marriott Al Jadaf for all they did to make our stay...
