This is my 2nd time coming here. The first time, with my friends and we had the basic grill option. This time, I took my wife to celebrate our Anniversary and we went with the A5 Wagyu grill mid option. And I gotta tell yah, it was absolutely worth it. It's an experience you wouldn't want to miss and need to have at least once in your life. Apart from the number of premium options to choose from, like sushi, sashimi, ramens and different kinds of Japanese delecacies, the A5 Wagyu is probably the most best tasting steak of beef you'd ever have in your life. Period. You wouldn't want to have too much of it too fast though cos of the richness in fats. They will give you two options to try and see what you prefer, the highly marbling authentic Japanese A5 wagyu or the less marbled one which I think are Australian Wagyu beef. These meats are brought to your table for you to grill on charcoal which makes the experience and the taste even more fantastic. Watch out for the smoke though. The grilling can only be done outdoors, which in this case, is a nicely lit outdoor area with a very calm and soothing "Japanese" river garden themed decorations and layout. It's probably best experienced during the comfortable winter climate. The service is equally fantastic, you will be welcomed by the entire staff with a Japanese shout out and be guided to the table. We were assisted by a very nice and friendly woman named Sei. She made the experience even better when she asked if we are celebrating something special and made arrangements to make our visit feel even more magical. The only thing I found a bit disappointing was the ramen I ordered. I literally told them to take it back. Initially I thought I was mistaken and that, may be, it's just me as I'm not much of a ramen person, and that ramens are supposed to taste like it did that night. But I just couldn't have more than 4 sips as it felt like I was eating spoonfuls of dense vegetable oil. I know thay ramens are supposed to have a little oil on em but It didn't feel that way. It didn't feel or taste like I was sipping on flavored, seasoned liquid like all soup or soup-like meals should but rather, just a big bowl of dense oil. I ate the Naruto and egg but requested for a miso soup instead. Other than that experience, everything was wonderful. I would definitely go back with my family, friends and would highly recommend it for the experience of A5 Wagyu at a very...

Read moreCraving Japanese food? Dont think more, Kimuraya is the best option! Kimuraya delivers with flair! We celebrated our friend/my boss birthday last week and its an exceptional, the buffet is packed with mouthwatering options, and the quality is top-notch. Literally, we ate a lot! We were in a private room which you can stay and order as long as you get fully loaded max 3hours I think. The variety and quality of the dishes were impressive, with everything from fresh sushi and sashimi to perfectly grilled meats. My favorites, of course first their A5 Wagyu 🌟🌟🌟🌟 is to die for, wagyu skewer, then ebi tempura roll, spicy salmon roll, im not a fan of sashimi but their salmon sashimi oh no its an exception I liked it so much!!!! And the staff were attentive and friendly, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere, especial mention to these beautiful ladies Joy, Cess, Marj and Rich they made sure we dont have empty plates and we are all taken care of. Later, they sang birthday song for the celebrant, with props and serve us some ice cream too. The place and ambiance, its so soothing, we also had chance to wear some kimono for photo ops and Katana too. For anyone craving an extensive selection of delicious Japanese cuisine, this buffet is a must-visit with that japanese cultural immersion contributing to a memorable dining experience.
