Location wasn't bad (first when you find the place) it's actually right on the corner of Al Sabkha road and a short walking distance from Palm Deira metro station. However, pay attention for the street number; it's NOT the one mentioned here in TripAdvisor! The city has apparently changed street numbers in the area, Google Maps tells it's 28th street, but in reality you may see the street sign saying 30th street...||||The room was quite hideous, walls were dirty and stained, looked like there's mosquitos killed on the walls. The fridge had disgusting smell, it didn't help when the housekeeper wiped it. However, the housekeeper did his best every day (apparently the best what you can do with the given circumstances and instructions), so can't blame him.||||Breakfast room and breakfast room staff were also pretty unhygienic in my opinion. The blinder curtains in breakfast room had big splash stains, I really didn't want to know about their origin or how long they've been there. And staff who's working or moving inside kitchen is wearing open toe shoes! The milk for the cereals was warm every morning. And when I say warm, it means it's not hot (hot milk was in separated pot) and it's never seen cold; it's warmer than your hand. Definitely not in line with any food safety standards! ||||Overall, I think this hotel could have lot of potential, if the management would wake up and pay serious attention for the...
Read moreI regret to express my dissatisfaction with the hotel where I recently stayed. Throughout my two-week visit, the room was inadequately maintained, with initial cleaning concerns persisting despite my requests. Basic amenities such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and water were only provided on the first day, leaving me to manage the essentials myself.
Despite multiple attempts to secure room cleaning services, my requests went unanswered, forcing me to forego the pursuit eventually. Towel replacements were infrequent, and when requested, they were retained without replacement. The fridge remained unclean despite repeated appeals, prompting me to procure cleaning supplies.
The overall hygiene of the room, including the cover, was subpar, contributing to an uncomfortable stay. The level of service received does not align with the standards expected from a reputable establishment. Communication with the staff proved challenging, and their payment policies were unreasonably rigid, creating an unwelcome atmosphere.
In comparison to my experiences in various other locations all around the world, including Dubai and Abu Dhabi, this hotel fails to meet even basic hospitality expectations. The pricing does not correlate with the service quality provided. I recommend significant improvements to uphold the reputation of this...
