Jason Makki Salon — Local services in Dubai

With great disappointment I am writing this review. After a long years of waiting and to get service from Jason because my hair texture was hard,frizzy,wavy and unmanageable , I got an appointment this January. I was excited and hoping that my hair will look so good after keratin Treatment as he shows in video. The keratin treatment took more than 6 hours and costed 680 dirhams from Dubai.The flat ironing done by SALON GUYS was not good and he re ironed some parts again. My hair was smooth and looked good but not great as I expected but still it was okay regarding smoothness and natural look. After Keratin treatment I did exactly he told, washed hair 2 times per week with brazil keratin sulfate free shampoo and used expensive keratin wax for styling. But to my surprise the effect did not last even a month. The hair became hard,frizzy and difficult to manage again as original texture. I was devastated because he charged a lot of money and quality was very poor and it does not lasted not even a month. I talked with him and he put the blame on my hair texture and said me to do it monthly and stated about hair growth not on the poor quality and poor service which he offered. I feels now I have wasted 680 dirhams by which I could do 3-4 times keratin treatment from other salons in Dubai. So My review is If you have lot of money then you can do it monthly as he said otherwise if you value money for quality, service and long lasting (minimum 3-4 months) better to avoid visiting his services and do not expect any service what he is showing in videos, you may not get anything even close to that. I have written this because I have wasted a lot of money for his service and I do not want you to waste like me. And you do not want to get the feeling of paying a lot for a bad quality service.

Reply for the response - First of all thank you for explaining in whatsapp even when you are out of country. I am the customer and I paid monaey and I will speak the truth if a service is WORST and let others know dont fall into a trap and waste money and time . You told you justified your bad service on whatsapp for one hour, it was 29 minutes to be precise and you made it one hour ;), everytime you try to exaggerate the time duration dont you? You told first 9 out of 10 clients the keratin result lasts for 6 Months, so you are telling I am the unlucky one because my hair quality was so bad and need extra care, what kind of logic is that man? People do keratin because their hair is difficult to manage and do not want to spend much time to fix it every time before going out from home. Why should one do smoothing keratin treatment if they already have smooth and good texture. Fake Justification at its peak(thats why I stopped whatsapp messaging in 29 minutes). And you then told 2 Months, ha ha , it hardly lasted 2 weeks or 4 washes. Still you are blaming my hair texture, i remember the saying " BAD WORKERS WILL BLAME THETOOLS". Your incapability to give a best longlasting Keratin treatment is the real reason or maybe your money minded thinking of getting 680 dirhams every 2 months , almost 4000 dirhams per year ,Sorry I wont pay for this WORST keratin treatment. And you told price was my priority , that is not true, I already know that 680 dirhams is way expensive than other salons but still I trusted your quality and thought that it will be longlasting keratin treatment. I did mistake and I learned my lesson. And regarding your videos ,ha ha they are nice to watch but once those person wash their hair 2-3 times it is gone, SUPER KERATIN!! I told not to fall by seeing those videos and waste money for 2 weeks lasting keratin. I Appreciate the effort you take to market your services but take half the effort to improve your service which is worst now and not worth the money. And you gave a lecture about cheap salons, all are not doing like that ,there are good salons which charge only one by sixth of your charge and still give excellent long lasting keratin treatment and I did one after your WORST KERATIN MONEY...

I visited Jason Makki salon today, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. When I entered, the receptionist Jane warmly greeted me and offered coffee and water. She provided a detailed introduction to the salon, Jason, and his services. I then had the pleasure of meeting the rest of the team, including Lucky who washed my hair. Finally, I met Jason himself. His professionalism and approachable nature truly stood out. I showed him a picture of a previous client's hairstyle that I wanted, and despite my initial doubts due to my short hair, he exceeded my expectations with an even better haircut. I was truly amazed by his skill and the top-notch services provided, especially with the use of DYSON hair appliances.

Moving on to the beard grooming, Ibrar did an excellent job with the beard, waxing, and other services, with assistance from Lucky and Ali. The team's professionalism and attention to detail were impeccable. Jason ensured everything ran smoothly, and the overall service was exceptional, earning a well-deserved 10/10 rating. Each team member's personal grooming was on point, and they exuded cleanliness and a pleasant scent. I was thoroughly impressed with the experience, finding no room for improvement.
