Where to even start with this…
AVOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COSTS SCAMMERS
We made a booking a couple of weeks ago for a Monday night in Birmingham.
Arrived at the address provided on the booking info - it was some poor random guys house so NOT THE ACCOMMODATION. He says this isn’t the first time this has happened.
So we then rang the phone number provided on the booking . “Number not recognised”.
Stressed and worried thinking this was a scam and it was so late and we are in a city we do not know we had no choice but to find alternative accomodation which we did .
I went to your website to try to contact them. Guess what… Number not working and emailed the company directly.
In the terms and conditions of this particular booking it turns out you need to transfer a £500 deposit and then (I think) eSuites release the ACTUAL information of booking. Obviously with a FAKE ADDRESS and FAKE NUMBER there was NO CHANCE I was going to or felt comfortable transferring a FURTHER £500 to a random bank account.
I was told by USELESS booking.com that I they could not cancel the booking and refund me only eSuites could. They refused to do this. I went to cancel on the Booking.com app and kept getting an error message. I feel Booking.com are ALSO RESPONSIBLE for my shocking experience and the many many hours and persistence require to finally get a refund which I had to do through Paypal as that is the company I used to pay. Booking.com and eSuite kept telling me the terms and conditions were clear. In the end I had to threaten legal action and take it up with Paypal as MY CONSUMER RIGHTS were violated by both Tudor eSuites and Booking.com with them using a fake address.
I gave them EVERY opportunity to do the right thing and refund me and they refused.
In the end it took countless phone calls / hours with Booking.com and the awful company to finally get the fair and right result. My HOLIDAY WAS SPOILT by the stress and dreadful practice of both booking.com and Tudor eSuites.
DO NOT EVER BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION
I don’t want anyone else to have the same SHOCKING experience myself and my partner had which is why I’m leaving this review . I NEVER EVER leave reviews as I truly try and see things objectively but on this occasion I just couldn’t let it...
Read moreAbsolutely shocking, want a £500 deposit we booked a room for 13 people to be told once we brought it it there would be 2 rooms and in total a £1,000 deposit through bank transfer and for there to be 8 in one room 7 in the other, and if anyone over the limit of each room £250 would be taken, so if we needed to swap rooms to get things it would deduct money
Second of all, your walking on egg shells in this place anything you move will be £250 fee and a excess cleaning fee of £150, which we would respect and clean up after ourselves, but feel like this company would purposely try and scam money if left in good condition
Third of all, we looked at the location to see it is a fake address, it’s not even in the right location which is a inconvenience and just seems dodgy
We did not continue our stay here, as there was bedbugs in every bed and was only there for a maximum of 20 minutes before we left and wanted extra money for bed lining which was a extra £25 fee per bed.
The service we received was actually shocking, we tried ringing the number we was given at booking, to be a fake number that does not even ring. Just alot of money wasted for our...
