This was such a terrible experience. We’re told to never come back again because we didn’t like the room we were in and were given the option of leaving by the manager who quote told us there was nothing he could do. We were also put into a very small room even though there was 5 of us and we booked in advance asking if we could be put into a suitable room for 5 people to which they agreed to. However, when we arrived they denied saying this and proceeded to put us in the smallest room. Not only that the microphones were not working properly and were quite muffled and we asked the man to help us and he quite simply said “there’s nothing I can do, if you want you can leave”. We then mutually agreed that it was better we leave and pay money for a karaoke session we would enjoy. On our way out, we went up to let him know we were leaving to which he replied, “okay, don’t come back again”, we were really shocked to hear this as we are regular customers and have never had an issue before. I have reason to believe it was because the man was having a bad day and therefore decided to take it out on us, when we are loyal customers and have the right to leave if we felt the experience was just not worth the price. DONT COME HERE, BECAUSE IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THE MICROPHONES THE MANAGER WILL TELL YOU NOT...

The set menu might seem pretty expensive but you get a LOT of food. And it's all pretty good. Definitely not the best I've had but a great selection of tasty dishes which all seemed quite fresh. You'll each get a plate of rice which they'll offer to refill at a later point, and then the dishes are put on the table for everyone to dig in to. Honestly I can't think of anything that stood out as being amazing, just that it was all tasty. I would have liked more noodles though it's possible that we may have picked a menu option with rice instead of noodles which could explain it. Can't comment on drinks because I had lager which is what it is. Karaoke was pretty strange but we had fun doing it - in the main restaurant not the karaoke rooms.

Came here for a small staff Christmas do and not sure if I would go back. We had a booth/karaoke room which was very small and the whole building was freezing! One member of our party is Muslim and called the restaurant one week beforehand to check if their food was halal - they insisted it was. However, when we got there the waiter revealed to us that the food is cooked in wine/soy cooking wine so she couldn’t eat anything - we couldn’t trust that any of the food would be suitable as the communication was so poor! We would not have attended if they told us this a week ago when asked!!! The rest of the food was mediocre, the karaoke was good but the sound didn’t work 100%.
