Pauline, her wonderful fiance Derek and her staff were exceptional in every single way!!!!when they catered my brother's wedding ont the 15th July 2012. I am an event organiser and I can tell you I have done a lot of weddings and I have worked with a lots of different people. and I can tell you Pauline and her staff are the best caterers and the best people I have had the pleasure to work with!!! They were professional from the very first phone call… and it was like working with a friend that I have known for years. Nothing was too much for me or my family…E.g. My son has autism and he also eats certain foods. I called pauline and ask her if there was anyway she could cook some salmon separately from him and my 2 year old daughter. Pauline didn’t even hesistate.. She said ‘of course!!’ … and cooked a tray full for them. Also as a coordinator on the day I was rushing around trying to make everything as perfect as possible. and I rushed around so much and her food was so tasty that wasnt any left for me!! But little did I know that Derek, (Pauline’s wonderful fiance) had put some food to one side for me… I couldn’t believe that he took the time out to do that for me!… I am reccomending The Deep to as many people as possible.. Because they are simply truly the best EVER!!!! And they are the only people I will ever recommend if i am doing an event or if anyone else is...

I recently hosted a housewarming party for 50+ guests. I contacted Deep Caribbean following a google search and reading their reviews. Pauline immediately contacted me to discuss my requirements. The food (mutton curry, hake, jerk chicken, fried chicken, rice & peas, coleslaw) was prime quality and cooked to perfection. We collected the food which was prepared hot and in sealed foil containers, ready to put straight into our chafing dishes. Every single one of my guests commented on how great the food was. There was more than enough for guests to come back for second helpings. I cannot express how pleased I have been with the service particularly as I had several last minute changes to the menu and an increase in numbers. I will certainly be asking Deep Caribbean to cater for all my future parties (there will be many), they did not disappoint. Thanks you Pauline and team. Honestly one of the best friendliest restaurants I've ever been too.

There were 6 of us wanting to find somewhere to eat and decided on Jamaican food and we found this place near by. We came in and we immediately greeted by a really nice friendly waiter who showed us to our table and explained how the restaurant works. It's a buffet for Jamaican food so it was great and got us drinks really quickly (I highly recommend the ginger beer or red stripe).

The food was delicious like non other. The salad was fresh, the coleslaw was full of flavour. The fried chicken was crispy, the mutton curry was so tender that it broke apart easily and the dumplings were deliciously crispy.

Every now and then the waiter and people who I'm assuming we're the owners came by to speak to us. Ask us where we're from, making jokes etc. Really nice people. It was great.
