It looks like they sell your details, they are asking id on their unprotected website, asking for deposit a week before and return it a week or more after. When i asked where their office or how they protect my data they just send email and text with anything else just not the answer. After that ring then.... they're very rude keep saying if i don't send the id i can't stay there and if i cancel i lose the whole amount for the rezervation made in the...

Booked a room with them , checked in , after trying thousands time couldn't connect the internet, the cold water tap in shower was not working literally burnt myself with hot water while showering. The mattress was ages old , the wires were coming out couldn't sleep . And the main thing is the duvet was disgusting, the word disgusting can't even describe the disgust of the mattress. There were blood all over it . Save your money...

If I could give a zero, it would be zero. Room was nothing like the pictures wires hanging out ceiling, everything was broken and dirty, hallway and room stank of cigarette smoke, not to mention how dangerous and unsafe the property is for a young female. Did report to owner and was asked to send videos etc never heard anything back! Ended checking out 2 day early....
