Dixy Chicken — Restaurant in Dudley

Used to be good not anymore. Customer service is appalling and always gets orders wrong. My recent order was missing 3 chicken strip meals, 4 drinks and had mayo put on all burgers which I asked to be kept plain. Called them and was told they cannot do anything now and that they will sort me out next time?!!! I calmly informed them that I have paid for the food and either want the food now or a full refund. Started arguing back about how busy they am and wanted me to drive back to them, I refused as it was 2/3 miles away. Then I asked to speak to a manager who without interest or care said it will take 1 hour to get my missing orders......2 hours and 15 minutes later had the delivery driver arrive with cold food and no drinks. Ended up getting more food from a local chippy as everyone was seated and ready to eat.

The staff in this branch are completely incompetent and lack basic levels of customer care and service. Hence why they always get orders wrong and miss multiple items off. This is not the first time this has happened but certainly is the last time for me. Utterly...

Ordered food, given incomplete order, contacted restaurant and asked for the remaining items they put the phone down. Tried calling them few times they asked me to come and collect the remaining food. The staff talking over the phone very rude and temperamental. I went to collect my remaining food the same person on the phone attend me and denied giving incomplete order, later agreed he forgot to give all item. we are regular customer this is not the first time serving less food, incomplete order. Staff shocking service . Vaping while taking orders , and i confronted them by self about the situation as I was in there with my children, he stated it was fine because was breathing it out facing ceiling !! Disgusting !! And to top it off one of the workers pass another worker a joint/ spliff / cannabis what ever you wanna call it and they go on car park in car smoking away !! Workers fully need customer service training , unless they just cant be bothered with there job role, or because young and cant be bothered !!
