Leaving us waiting another 10 mins for our order to come out. BREAKFAST good as always. Staff always happy to swap out the things i dont want a the breakfast for things i do. 4.Quick bit of lunch. Cant complain everything came as ordered. Nice quick service when using the app. 3.Freedom breakfast no more... swapped eggs for toast, swapped the bacon for maple bacon, swapped tomato for extra beans and a sprinkle of grated cheese topped it off. I typed Moon in the search and accidentally placed the order at the âFull Moonâ. When I realised my mistake I called the âFull Moonâ to cancel the order and gently asked for a refund. They said it was too late and they could not help me. I checked with the staff of the âHalf Moonâ and they said this happens pretty frequently. Itâs very sad that despite knowing this is a common issue they donât do anything about it. I am not sure about the burger but I am pretty sure they managed to serve my pint to someone else.    Read moreI've got to say I was shocked at the rudeness and ignorance of two female members of staff this morning. Ignored by the first one, long red hair, to then be spoken to rudely by the other member of staff, Lucy, who clearly needs customer service training, after I expressed my dissatisfaction about the lack of service, or even just a simple smile to know we exist, reeled off a string of excuses as to why we had been ignored and basically we were the problem. Yes I may have got a bit irate but that was due to the pathetic excuse for an apology and rudeness of your staff for simply wanting to be acknowledged.
