AVOID!!!! Would give it 0 stars if I could.. absolutely terrible place. Ordered last night waited over 2 hours for food to be delivered and the whole order (£30 worth) was completely wrong, undercooked & bananas had gone all brown. Called up and was told we could have the order sent out again next day. Next day arrived, we called up for them to send out our order at 8pm, after many phone calls chasing the order it arrived at 11pm!!! And guess what.... wrong order! Crepes were way over cooked and crispy, hardly anything to the cookie dough and that was over cooked. Milkshake was watery, ice cream had melted & had a smoothie & brownie pudding missing. Absolutely disgusting! Ordered at 9:20 was told food was going to be here at 9:55, then notified that it was going to be 10:20, then 10:35 eventually called the restaurant at 11pm almost 2 hours after ordering, women on the phone was absolutely clueless and found out that my order hadn’t even been put together and sent. How long does it take to do a milkshakes and 2 desserts ?? I run a restaurant and can send a 3 course meal out faster that you can send out desserts it’s embarrassing and your customer service is none existent absolutely clueless!
